The BI capabilities within the system are excellent and really helpful once you get your head around them. The system is very customisable to our organisation which is great. Customer service and response to tickets has historically been very poor, although this is now improving. The system doesn't always seem stable, as occasionally new issues crop up randomly without an update having taken place. There are also some security issues posed by not being within the HSCN which means that MFA is required which makes logging in more difficult for users. Initial training for administrators is also very limited and is primarily through videos which aren't tailored to our implementation and therefore aren't always relevant. Once you get your head around how the system works and the capabilities, InPhase with time and resources is a very useful tool for auditing compliance across our trust.
