**What do you like best about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

SAP Analytics Cloud makes data analysis and reporting much easier in one place. I have been using it for the past few months, and the dashboard interface feels clean and easy to understand for daily work. The real-time analytics and visualization features help in checking business data quickly without wasting much time. I also like how it combines reporting, planning, and forecasting together, which improves productivity and decisionmaking. The cloud based access is another good point because I can work from anywhere without complicated setup.

**What do you dislike about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

One thing that could be improved in SAP Analytics Cloud is the performance speed when working with large datasets or complex dashboards, because sometimes loading takes more time than expected. In the beginning, some features also feel a little difficult to understand for new users, especially during setup and advanced reporting. A few customization options could be more flexible to make the overall experience smoother. Better optimization and a simpler learning curve would make it even more user-friendly for both beginners and regular business users.

**What problems is SAP Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Analytics Cloud helps solve the problem of managing and understanding business data from different sources in one platform. I am a designer, and I have been using and learning it for the past few months, especially to better understand dashboards and data visualization. Earlier, manual reporting and scattered data used to create confusion and take a lot of time, but this platform has made the reporting and analytics process much smoother. Separate data environement. It would be easier if it were integrated with the other components of SAP. Point AC to the data you want to analyze vs. bringing the data to AC.

Gaining new insight into financial information and joining the financials with other operational data to triangulate opportunities and point people on how they can impact their financial results.

**What do you like best about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

I appreciate how SAP Analytics Cloud seamlessly connects directly with SAP S/4HANA, allowing for real-time data analysis without the need to copy or store data separately. I love that it integrates all aspects of analytics, providing a comprehensive solution for my data needs. The dashboard features are particularly appealing, offering me insightful and visually engaging ways to interpret data. Additionally, the initial setup process was straightforward and easy, making the transition smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

The AI capabilities of SAP Analytics Cloud could be improved as they currently do not fully understand user needs, making it less effective in providing insights.

**What problems is SAP Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Analytics Cloud to analyze data directly from SAP S/4HANA without storing it separately, combining all analytics aspects seamlessly. Its comprehensive dashboard features provide comprehensive insights, which was a major improvement over Power BI.

  ### 50. Unified Platform That Seamlessly Integrates with SAP ERP

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John B. | Network Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

I appreciate the single, unified platform that combines planning, predictive analytics, and business intelligence. It makes workflow seamless, especially being tightly integrated with our existing SAP ERP systems.

**What do you dislike about SAP Analytics Cloud?**

While functional, the visualization library is still somewhat limited compared to competitors like Tableau, making it difficult to create highly customized or unique data stories.

**What problems is SAP Analytics Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAC solved the dual problems of fragmented data for reporting and slow, manual planning processes done in spreadsheets. For reporting, we leveraged its native SAP integration to establish a single, trusted source of truth for core KPIs, ending long debates over data accuracy. The greater benefit lies in its unified planning environment, which allows our finance team to collaborate in real-time on budgets and run rapid what-if scenarios. This agility has significantly accelerated our monthly reporting and planning cycles, making our decision-making process far more responsive and data-driven.
