Very easy and clean user interface, and the multiple views and reminders are very helpful. I'd say it's one of the best calendars out there in that regard. The simplicity, customization, and auto-fill in particular are some of the best features. It'll definitely help you with organization and efficiency in terms of your schedule, especially if you're managing multiple appointments per day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can only be used with Apple products and devices unfortunately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the options for alerts and scheduling repeat reminders. It's an app I use every single day to keep my home and work schedules in order. I also really like that it automatically fills in similar info and connects to maps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that we can't add in more details, I would want to be able to attach documents to a calendar event in my phone, especially when the event is a trip. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything about the "ical" is absolutely terrible when compared to ANY other calendar platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I attempt to add an event to my calendar from, e.g., an eventbrite confirmation email, it gives the options for Outlook, Google, and Apple. When I click Outlook, the Apple OS treats it like an Apple Calendar event, even though I already have Outlook downloaded (and have never used the ical in my life!). This is extremely frustrating, and honestly pathetic for a 2.2 TRILLION dollar computer company.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use, personalized color codes, simplicity, immediate sync with smartphone, detection of events in email, and easily editable schedule with drag-and-drop ability to move appointments. Also the ability to enter a phone number and website info to link and call directly from the appointment, as well as the ability to add an attachment to view during the appointment. The creation of a "quick event" is convenient too - as well as auto-fill on events that happen on a regular basis. It's almost as if it learns from your past meetings and understands what you're trying to accomplish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reminder setting could be easier to complete, but overall its not that big of a deal. The fact that it has reminders for any option of time and multiple reminders is great and well worth the complication thats easy to get used to. Also being color blind - its slightly difficult to distinguish between the current month showing, and the next month as its minimal difference. A slightly more drastic color change to distinguish between the two would be greatly appreciated and would allow less constant squinting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Alerts, I would miss many meetings without alerts on all devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
