I easily integrated the IBM verify tool with our HR tool, so when HR creates a new users account on joining day it will automatically create accounts in IBM verify. I created groups and mapped the apps based on department and role. So once HR creates new users they will get access to all apps immediately. Its a great tool for secure login. easy to use, and I like how it works with different systems without any issue. The app is simple, and have multiple features like push notifications & QR codes that making logging in safe and quick. Setting it up at first can be a bit tricky, especially if you're not from technical background. The instructions can be clear in some parts. Instead than simply onboarding users into apps, it is critical to remove their access on time. Because data security is increasingly critical. Since we integrated SSO for all applications using IBM Verify, deleting users in the interface will remove access to all apps, which is a critical and required feature for all enterprises. There are a few items that need to be improved. 1. Online help: More step-by-step details may help. 2. Permission on group: there is a need to create admin user for our client, and the client admin shall be able to onboard their Trading Partners, we created a custom "Administrator Role" and limited the user admin right to a certain user group by using scope. It is not working, the client admin cannot create a user in that user group. We have multiple internal dashboard applications to which only authorized users should have access, and other users should have limited access. Managing SSO applications is very easy for me now. We have integrated all our applications into SSO. SAML and OAuth authentication applications are easily integrated with IBM Verify and managed through this tool since it supports multiple authentication and is a very helpful IAM tool. Access maintenance is always a challenging task for me every day because multiple users will exit and joins the company.
