- Once the meetings are booked through Track both the users and the customers will get timely reminders so that no one will miss the calls.
- Integration with our CRM which made life easy to track, and manage the leads.
- We also embedded the track on our Landing pages so that customers will book the meeting at their convenient times. Because of this, our Non-contactable leads have decreased.

I love the Group and Round Robin scheduling options which save so much time! Also, one of my favourite use cases is the option to select time slots in real-time within messaging app DMs, 'in flow', via the mobile app keyboard plugin. I have not seen this offered by competitors. I love Track's focus on user-led development - they listen to their customers' needs and concerns and innovate quickly. The user interface could be improved a little, but this is a process with any product development, and the enhancements made over the last 3-6 months have been significant. Track just gets the job done for us for all our scheduling requirements and gives us the power to seamlessly connect with the members in our cohort.

I don't have to use google calendar! I can do everything just from the keyboard. I don't have to keep switching between mouse and keys. I get my calendar-ing done so quickly. I haven't found any of the alternatives anywhere close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. The ease of use is simply amazing, Track has a very intuitive UI so it hardly took me any time to get used to the software.
2. If I ever need any help or have any questions, the customer support is extremely fast and reliable, kudos!

It just works.
Easy to use. Well designed. Very responsive team. Great roadmap.
Quick story:

If there were better-documented guides on how to implement certain things, that would have helped. Eg: Fixing attribution when using Track with HubSpot.

a. The customer support at Track is nothing short of phenomenal! My company had no experience with such scheduling apps before and the onboarding process was seamless where a rep from Track's team hand-held us through the process. The team was always available on call to guide us through the teething stages.
b. In terms of functionality, the Whatsapp notification feature has proven to be greatly helpful in terms of reducing no-shows. My sales team now has a clear idea about every inbound lead that comes through because of the insights that Track provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
