What do you like best about Track?

- Once the meetings are booked through Track both the users and the customers will get timely reminders so that no one will miss the calls.

- Integration with our CRM which made life easy to track, and manage the leads.

- We also embedded the track on our Landing pages so that customers will book the meeting at their convenient times. Because of this, our Non-contactable leads have decreased.

- The best part which we liked most about the Track is their support. The track team is really quick and they act very fast on our suggestions/requirements and implement them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Track?

Upto now there is nothing such that we got disappointed using the track. As i said whenever we got struck or face any issue track team will help assist us immediately and solve the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Track solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Track solved in making non-contactable leads contactable. We started using track scheduling links in our campaigns and it became easier for the users to book at their convenience time hence our non-contactable leads got reduced.

- Because of the round-robin scheduling feature in the track it became easier to distribute the leads among all of our sales team equally.

What do you like best about Track?

I love the Group and Round Robin scheduling options which save so much time! Also, one of my favourite use cases is the option to select time slots in real-time within messaging app DMs, 'in flow', via the mobile app keyboard plugin. I have not seen this offered by competitors. I love Track's focus on user-led development - they listen to their customers' needs and concerns and innovate quickly. The user interface could be improved a little, but this is a process with any product development, and the enhancements made over the last 3-6 months have been significant. What problems is Track solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling meetings can take so much back-and-forth communications, which is a significant time waster. The Track app facilitates quickly identifying convenient time slots for sessions, not only for 1:1 meetings but also for larger groups of people via their Group Vote workflow. What do you like best about Track?

Track just gets the job done for us for all our scheduling requirements and gives us the power to seamlessly connect with the members in our cohort.

The team at Track is very receptive to feedback and always keeps its end users in mind when making any modification to the software.

The onboarding process was hassle free and we received the same level of support and attention even after we went live.

Track was able to automate sending bulk calendar invites to over 10,000 attendees of our learning cohort in a very short span of time and importantly, they made it very easy for our team to customize messages when needed. What do you like best about Track?

I don't have to use google calendar! I can do everything just from the keyboard. I don't have to keep switching between mouse and keys. I get my calendar-ing done so quickly. I haven't found any of the alternatives anywhere close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Track?

There is sometimes a delay finding auto-availability across multiple people's calendars. That issue has improved consistently but can always be faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Track?

1. The ease of use is simply amazing, Track has a very intuitive UI so it hardly took me any time to get used to the software.

2. If I ever need any help or have any questions, the customer support is extremely fast and reliable, kudos!

1. Track did for us what Calendly couldn’t do for our use case of connecting several mentors and mentees and has now become an indispensable solution for us. Track supports complex scheduling use cases that other companies do not yet.

What do you like best about Track?

It just works.

Easy to use. Well designed. Very responsive team. Great roadmap.

Quick story:

One time, I requested a feature change. Things like this usually take a couple of days. Somehow, they did it in under an hour. The speed of execution they have is unreal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Track?

Nothing much.

If there were better-documented guides on how to implement certain things, that would have helped. Eg: Fixing attribution when using Track with HubSpot.

What do you like best about Track?

a. The customer support at Track is nothing short of phenomenal! My company had no experience with such scheduling apps before and the onboarding process was seamless where a rep from Track's team hand-held us through the process. The team was always available on call to guide us through the teething stages.

b. In terms of functionality, the Whatsapp notification feature has proven to be greatly helpful in terms of reducing no-shows. My sales team now has a clear idea about every inbound lead that comes through because of the insights that Track provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Track?

I was told that the keyboard shortcuts would make life easier but it took some time to get used to them at the start. Could have also done with some more demo videos but I'm told that those are in progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

a. Track is helping us reduce the turnaround time it takes for us to connect with leads. Our process earlier was manual but using Track has automated our lead-routing system which has helped us get on a record number of demo calls with potential clients.

b. Connecting with prospects in different time-zones is also made easy and it takes out the manual work that the sales reps have to do to ensure a smooth customer experience.
