What do you like best about Track?

- Track is an inbound RevOps software that does so much more than that. The complete integration of calendars plus the ability to create Huddle & Collective Links make communication so seamless.

- Track’s intuitive and well thought out user interface makes it easy to get around and use the app, even if you’re just starting out. Then once you’re used to it, you will be surprised as to how much time the keyboard shortcuts save you, thoroughly impressive!

- Can’t stress enough on how great the customer support is. They’re always available to quickly sort out any difficulty I’m facing and also to brainstorm more ways to implement and enhance our experience with Track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Track solving and how is that benefiting you?

- The lead distribution structure in my organization is complicated and we have reps handling leads based on their location, size and how soon they want to implement our solution. Earlier, as the leads came in, we would manually route them to the appropriate rep and this process was prone to error and time-consuming.

- Track’s team worked with us to replicate this entire routing system online and they got it done within a matter of hours. This automated our entire lead routing process and now we just watch the leads come in and get assigned to the right rep without any manual work or errors. It feels like magic! What problems is Track solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped us automate the qualification, routing, scheduling, and follow-ups for inbound leads. By using Track, our sales teams have been able to focus on closing deals while the software handles the time-consuming processes involved in lead management.

This can be used for external and internal campaigns/meetings, such as round-robin routing, and instant scheduling with reminders via email, WhatsApp, and more.

We have improved our funnel and thus increased our lead-to-demo meeting ratio without impacting our existing conversion funnel. The software offers seamless availability sharing, eliminating email back-forth, and automated reporting and tracking. It has also helped us reduce no-shows, increase revenue pipeline, boost conversion rates, and improve marketing to sales handoff.

What do you like best about Track?

Track is Versatile and easy to use, and the team is super responsive among other things.

I have use cases like typeform integration, brand customisation and group voting among 300 people from 31 countries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Track?

You can never have enough of a calendar and scheduling app. So there are a lot of feature requests like otter integration, AI note-making, sentiment analysis. They recently launched an Analytics dashboard, which was a feature request earlier and their turn-around time on feature requests are super fast. So I am looking forward to these new features. What problems is Track solving and how is that benefiting you?

Track is solving the complex scheduling, calendaring operations that are critical to the success of any business's productivity. For example, we use it as an important integration in typeform - where our onboarding process begins and eventually culminates into scheduling based on advanced logic and scores. What do you like best about Track?

From the first time I tried it, I found it quite intuitive and easy to configure. It handles our complex routing rules with ease

I am responsible for setting up our company’s integrations and lead distribution logic as well as attribution. Track helps us qualify leads instantly based on our complex rules. This ensures we speak to the high intent and high quality leads as soon as possible. It attributes the leads nicely in Hubspot. As a result, we are saving a lot of time that was being wasted in manually qualifying leads.

What do you like best about Track?

The track has been my go-to scheduler and calendar for over 19 months, and I’ve never had an issue with the bookings.

It’s straightforward to use and configure. I love the Whatsapp reminders that go out to the attendees because that reduces the no-shows and cancellations.

Solved scheduling problems that other tools were not able to. We used their solution for a mentorship platform in a no-code way that plugged. And it integrated beautifully with our current set up.

What do you like best about Track?

I go to a lot of user calls and users book time with me using my Track app link. I love how easy it is to customize my meeting link according to my preferences. What do you like best about Track?

Track’s customer support is simply unparalleled! You get direct access to the founder who ensures that every query is addressed immediately without any hassle. It was this level of service that got us onboarded in a matter of hours and our web-form was live almost instantly.

I never thought we would be able to screen leads that fill our ‘request a demo’ form so easily and appropriately. We ask for basic details and Track’s data enrichment system does the rest.
