Humi is very easy to use. We switched from Ceridian and Rise for two years and very happy so far. The customer service is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pro-rata calculations for bi-monthly payroll salary increases or new hires are wrong. I contacted customer service and management and they have not budged. The time off module has been huge for us. And the consolidation of everyone's important information. Payroll is incredibly easy to run, even for a non-HR trained person like myself! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The time off module is not linked to payroll, so having to manually calculate unpaid days is cumbersome. I also wish holiday calendars loaded each year automatically! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have used HUMI for over a year now and it has simplified many aspects of our HR processes. From onboarding to vacation management, it has streamlined more than we could have ever imagined! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Things I don't love:
- The e-signature software for documents is a bit frustrating to use. I wish I could edit documents directly in the platform rather than re-uploading a new PDF each time. Also, it is hard to customize documents for multiple employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their product itself works great. If we do have any issues, the Humi support team is incredibly quick and responsive, providing us with the answers that we need. I have zero hesitation recommending Humi to any HR team looking for an intuitive HRIS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While I enjoy the survey module, the Performance Management Module is too simple and not customizable enough for our needs.
