What do you like best about Humi?

Ease of use with employees that have hybrid scheduling can easily notify management when they require time off. We also like the mass messaging options that are available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humi?

We struggled to get used to the new technology but I feel we have it under contril now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humi?

Humi is a great HRIS system with options from training tracking, time off requests, personnel record maintenance, performance reviews, goal tracking etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humi?

We have been considering using Humi as our payroll provider as well as HRIS provider but they still have room to grow. In both the payroll and HRIS realm, we need the flexibility to have staff working in two programs under two different supervisors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humi?

User-friendly interface, with a great how-to support library as needed.

Implementation was easy with fast and helpful support from the implementation manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humi?

Our company structure isn't black and white, we have many staff that report to several managers, but Humi doesn't have customizations for this. I do commend them though for helping come up with a workaround solution.

We are also hoping their scheduling partner Ameego will be integrated with Humi soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Humi solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were completely manual before , this is the first HRIS we have implemented. We are excited to offer our staff the ability to book time off without having to email or communicate directly with their manager. What do you like best about Humi?

Humi makes it easy to manage time off and all of my employees. It allows me to manage my teams a coordinate time effectively between cross-departmental organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humi?

Humi does lack customization options that I'm used to with other apps, which means that it may not meet the specific needs of all businesses. The interface may also not be as intuitive or user-friendly as desired, which can complicate the onboarding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humi?

Humi is very easy to use. We switched from Ceridian and Rise for two years and very happy so far. The customer service is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humi?

The pro-rata calculations for bi-monthly payroll salary increases or new hires are wrong. I contacted customer service and management and they have not budged. There is no integration with any of the top benefit providers. There is no integration with ETH BC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Carole, thanks for your review! We’re glad to hear that you’re happy with Humi and love our customer service.

In regards to how we prorate pay, I’ve linked a support article detailing how we calculate prorations. You’re also able to override the salary and adjust the the prorated pay amount before you process payroll, and our support team can adjust the insurable hours after payroll is processed, if necessary. I hope this information provides more clarity for you.
