What do you like best about Humi?

What do you dislike about Humi?

I think like all new software it takes time to figure out how to navigate to specific areas. I wouldn;t say that is a dislike as it's normal from all new software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humi?

I also want to highlight the exceptional onboarding process and the document signing feature offered by Humi. The onboarding process is streamlined and intuitive, making it incredibly easy for new employees to integrate into the system. What really stands out is the document signing feature - it simplifies what traditionally is a cumbersome process. Being able to sign documents digitally and securely within the platform not only saves time but also enhances the overall efficiency of administrative tasks.

Moreover, I absolutely love their customer service. The team at Humi is always ready to assist, and their responses are prompt and helpful. What truly sets them apart is their honesty and transparency in all interactions. This level of openness builds trust and makes dealing with any HR issues much less stressful. What do you dislike about Humi?

I'm happy with Humi, but I'd like to see some improvements. It would be great if they could enhance the Performance Review feature and add more tools for better organizational chart. What do you like best about Humi?

How intuitive it is to use, how most things are customizable and their customer service is great! The platform is also very visually appealing and visually stunning. I like that they are also constantly updating features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humi?

There are a few things I wish I could customize more, or were better set up. For example, when you onboard someone before they start, it goes to their personal email, but you still have to go and input and switch over to their company email. I wish things like this were better integrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humi?

I love the employee onboarding tools, the ease of preparing weekly payroll, the customer support, and the ease of preparing T4s. We have never had an issue with the direct deposit, and the employee login works great for delivering paystubs. It was really easy to get set up. The reports make it really easy to post the journal entry to our books, and pull data for budgeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humi?

I wish there was a payroll review screen in a tabular format with direct side by side comparison to prior pay period. And I was there was a prior period changes report that called out all changes between 1 pay and another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use, very clear and straight forward. All questions have been quickly reposnded to. If system does not have the feature they work with you to find a work around. Love having everything all in one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Humi?

Their customer support has been great since the beginning! Onboarding was very simply, and fairly quick to do. Payroll used to take hours to prepare, and the time has significantly decreased since switching to Humi. Our employee's have also found the system very easy to navigate on their own. What do you dislike about Humi?

Our only issue so far is that our payroll schedule could not be accomedated, so we had to alter our companies policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
