They're a few things that might be beneficial to us in the long run

- Managers - visibility of specific workflows e.g. Preboarding-onboarding. So they know how their new starter is progressing with their onboarding/start dates

- Performance management system

- Admin/Owners to view profile template as someone else.

-To create report templates so we don't have to customize the fields every time. E.g, Payroll Report template, Holiday Report template etc

Everything is great. It would be great if we can customize it a bit more but we can see that the team is constantly adding great new features. There's nothing we really dislike! Because Humaans is fairly new, it's not as feature-rich as some other platforms. For the most part this is actually a pro - they're focusing on building the most important elements well and creating seamless integrations with other best-in-class software.
