**What do you like best about Humaans?**

*Tables feature - Works like MS Excel/Google Sheets without formulas.
*API is free and pretty easy to use.
*Interface is prety decent and even on mobile works well.
*Slack Integration is really effective as you get all the notifications - Tasks, Leaves, etc very conveniently (Approval/Decline option available for managers over slack itself)
*From a price standpoint it is quiet affordable as the team is also willing to work on the improvement areas and features you'd like.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

*Biometric Integration is missing neither is there any option to web login or logout from the portal for attendance tracking.
*In case there is a change done by someone in an employee's profile, then the other people if search and visit that employee's profiel will only see the old cached version UNTIL they have refreshed their HUMAANs page.
*Support team response time can be improved
*AI integrated is not that great and pretty slow and throes error a lot of times.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has the potential to solve a lot. I've used ZOHO, GreytHR, Bamboo, Keka, and SpineHR in the past.

Workflows does solve the purpose of task trigerring to respective employees to whom those responsibilities are assigned.

Tables and Workflows has a lot of potential if they expand more on that.
Salary Benchmarking is also an area that should be made available in the tool (e.g. Comp & Ben module)

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

I like how Humaans consolidates everything into one space, offering a platform that's flexible and customisable for how we operate. Their capabilities are really comprehensive, giving us complete freedom over things like permissions and field visibility. I appreciate how collaborative the team is and how easy the platform is to use and adapt to our needs. It's important for us to have a platform that feels like us so adoption would increase. Humaans also grows with us, as every company operates differently and has different needs, so having a flexible and collaborative platform is crucial. The integration with all of our main systems like Slack, Ledgy, and provisioning tools is seamless. The initial setup was very easy, almost to the point where it felt like I hadn't done enough because it was so straightforward.

We've recently made the move so haven't found any gaps in relation to our needs!

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

I love how clean and intuitive Humaans is. No training needed – managers just open it and know what to do. That’s rare for HR software. The workflow automation for onboarding has been a game‑changer. When we hire someone, Humaans triggers a custom sequence: send offer letter via DocuSign, collect signed contract, create the employee profile, notify IT to set up accounts, and schedule a welcome meeting. All automatic. What used to take me two days now happens in a few hours, with zero manual follow‑ups. I also appreciate that everything is where I expect it – employee records, time‑off requests, reports. No hunting through clunky menus. The time‑off calendar is beautiful: I see who’s out, who’s covering, and accruals update automatically based on our German policies. That alone saves me 5+ hours a month.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Reporting is way too basic. I can export employee lists and absence data, but I can't create custom reports – say, "time‑off trends broken down by department" or "team birthdays this month." So I end up pulling the data into Excel and building everything manually. That's extra work I shouldn't have to do. There's no native payroll integration. We use a separate payroll provider, and Humaans doesn't sync with it. I have to export a CSV and import it into our payroll system every month. That's an hour of manual, error‑prone work I'd love to eliminate. The mobile app is too limited. It's fine for approving time‑off requests, but try editing an employee record or running a report on your phone – it's painful. For a team that's often on the go, that's a real blocker.

Humaans centralises employee data – no more spreadsheets, emails, and paper files. Onboarding is automated, saving us days each month. Absence tracking is seamless – no chasing managers, no manual balance recalculations. The intuitive interface means no training for managers, which is a huge win.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

We partnered with Humaans in January 2026 to replace our legacy HR stack with something better suited for a fast-growing FinTech. The onboarding process was smooth and well organised, and our implementation manager was incredibly hands-on throughout the migration. We had the majority of the platform up and running within 72 hours.

One of the biggest strengths for us has been Humaans’ integrations and workflow capabilities. We’ve been able to automate processes across onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and IT, which has saved our teams a huge amount of time. We ran our first performance review cycle through Humaans in March 2026, and the feedback internally was really positive. Compared to our old Google Forms process, the experience was far more intuitive and user-friendly, our teams actually enjoy using the platform.

Tables has also become a key feature for us, helping our IT, Finance, and People teams collaborate more effectively and manage operational data in one place. Recently, we’ve started exploring the MCP integrations with Claude, which has already unlocked some powerful real-time reporting capabilities for our leadership team.

Platform performance has been consistently stable and reliable, which was especially important for us given the issues we experienced with our previous HRIS. The team regularly releases new features with great documentation, and their strong focus on embedding AI across the platform has significantly improved even tasks like document uploads which can now be done in minutes thanks to their AI. 

The support from both the customer success team and our customer success manager, Lucy B has been excellent throughout. 

All in all, based on our pricing, we see very clear ROI. Our teams genuinely enjoy using Humaans, we save hours of time every month, and we’re excited to continue growing with Humaans.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

The UX is beautiful, and our teams love it. That said, there are a few UI elements, such as org charts that could be a little more friendly.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humaans has become our single source of truth for all things People. It’s flexible, easy to adapt to our needs, and integrates seamlessly with other systems, allowing us to share data effortlessly and keep key stakeholders informed. Humaans works well cross-borders, and their built in global functionality such as holiday calendars, takes one thing off our plate every year.

I find Humaans an incredibly accessible system, easy to use. We can work more efficiently with it and have a good view of the data. The initial setup was very smooth and easy. Additionally, I appreciate that Humaans is truly service-oriented, even after the implementation. And it's positive that they have many work-arounds, making everything possible. We experience no problems when integrating with other systems because of Humaans.

It is very positive that they have many work-arounds, making everything possible. But sometimes it would work nicely to have some ready-made formats, for example in the performance management module.

What I liked about Humaans is how effortlessly it simplifies everyday HR work. The interface feels intuitive, and tasks like onboarding, updating employee details, or tracking leave don’t feel like an administrative burden.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Some integrations cost extra, and not every tool is compatible. For example, tools like Remote and Float are missing entirely. Also, if we’re managing multiple accounts, there isn’t an easy way to switch between them. I also feel they could improve the bulk edit option for profiles.

It solved the problem of scattered employee information and time-consuming manual HR processes. As a user, it has benefited me by providing one reliable place to access and update employee details. It saves time, reduces mistakes, and makes my HR tasks feel much more organized and manageable.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

After evaluating and comparing a number of other HRIS solutions, we ultimately chose Humaans, and it has definitely turned out to be the right choice for our needs.
The implementation was straightforward and our Implementation Manager (Ayrton) was very knowledgeable and super helpful through the entire process. Plenty of support was provided at launch for employees to ask questions and/or learn about the system.
Humaans has helped consolidate multiple systems and spreadsheet models which has enhanced and streamlined our processes.
We look forward to working with our Account Manager (Lisa), growing and developing our business along with Humaans.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Up to now, I haven't encountered anything I dislike about Humaans. We're eager to see the upcoming enhancements and new features that are currently in development.

As an HR lead in a startup I like the clear interface and thoughtful UX, lots of features and integrations suitable for remote teams, continuous feature updates and improvements. I use Humaans on daily basis and I absolutely love it and recommend it whenever any of my colleagues is seeking for an HRIS. Adding to this - the support team is just the best!

It's a challenge sometimes to find not only a product suitable for an HR but for any of an employee, starting from the very onboarding flow. Humaans is easy to use and integrate with other instruments that the team uses, starting from Slack and ending with practically anything. I can also get an integration reward or claim an integration.
Reports, analytics, super flexible roles, workflows, e-sign, AI assistant - it's just everything in one place. Love it.

From an HR perspective, it’s easy to maintain and scale, even as processes become more complex. Employees especially appreciate the modern UI and ease of use, which leads to high adoption and very little need for guidance or support.

I really like Humaans for its clean and intuitive interface that manages to be powerful at the same time. The centralized employee data is super convenient because everything is stored in one reliable location, eliminating the need to bounce between spreadsheets or multiple tools. This ensures HR and managers always have up-to-date, accurate info. I find the automated onboarding and offboarding workflows, along with the easy integrations, save a lot of manual work. Plus, the real-time people insights make it easy to track key HR metrics without having to dig through spreadsheets. The setup process was pretty straightforward and smooth, with easy data import and configuration. It's user-friendly enough that the team could start using it without much support.

A few areas could be improved. Some advanced customization options are limited, especially if you have very specific or complex HR processes. Reporting and analytics, while clear and easy to use, can feel a bit basic if you need highly tailored or deep reports.

Humaans genuinely feels like a partner that’s growing with us - not just a platform. The Customer Success team is world-class (huge shout-outs to Lucy and Jade!), and they don’t just listen; they act. We’ve seen our feedback turn into roadmap items and then live features at impressive speed, and the communication throughout is brilliant. The webinars are fantastic for upskilling the team and squeezing every bit of value from new capabilities. It’s energising to work with a product that ships quickly, takes our input seriously, and keeps unlocking more for us week after week!

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Humaans is still relatively new, so a few capabilities aren’t there yet, which can be very exciting, but also creates friction and occasional workarounds in our day-to-day. Roadmap items sometimes take longer than we’d hope, and until they land it’s hard to fully standardise certain processes.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humaans is solving the messy, manual parts of People ops for us. Instead of scattered spreadsheets and back-and-forth emails, we’ve got a single source of truth, semi-automated onboarding/offboarding, easy time-off and approvals, and reporting that takes seconds, not days. That means fewer errors, faster ramp-up for new starters, better compliance, and real visibility for managers. The integrations cut down tool-hopping, although I'd like to see more of them! Plus, with brilliant support from Lucy and Jade (and genuinely useful webinars) we keep discovering new ways to get more out of the platform

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

Humaans is an extremely intuitive HR system. The setup process was straightforward and fast; we were able to configure a few integrations, and now we finally have a single source of truth for all our employee data. Managing this information has become much simpler for both HR and managers, and we now enjoy significantly improved visibility. Most importantly, the ongoing support from Humaans has been excellent. We never feel like just another client—instead, we have a close relationship with their team and can actually influence the development of features to ensure the system truly meets our needs as users.

There are a few features that could still be expanded or enhanced, but these are not significant issues. We have also noticed that major improvements are being made on a regular basis.

Before choosing Humaans, I evaluated five other platforms, but none came close to matching how intuitive, modern, and user-friendly this system is. Implementation was incredibly straightforward, we simply uploaded our data via a spreadsheet, and their engineers handled the heavy lifting. The customer support team has always been responsive, and our account manager, Lucy, has been especially helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Humaans has streamlined how we manage employee data, onboarding, and changes across the team. Before, a lot of our HR processes were manual and scattered across spreadsheets and different tools, which made it easy for things to fall through the cracks. Now, everything is in one place, from managing contracts and time off to tracking changes and compliance. It’s saved us a huge amount of time, reduced errors, and given us much better visibility into our people data.

I majorly use Humaans for maintaining data in a centralized place and for automatic workflow. It eliminates the problem of maintaining different Excel files by storing data in one particular place. I find the UI to be the smoothest and allows me to customize it according to my own needs. The setup was super easy, and the UI is also easy and smooth. I learned it within a day.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

I feel like the mobile feature should be improved since it's not always feasible to operate from my laptop all the time. It would be great to have features like advanced data analytics and integration management workflow on mobile.

I use Humaans to centralize data, removing the hassle of multiple Excel files, and automate workflows, which makes the process seamless and efficient.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

We started using Humaans in December 2023 at the beginning of our new leave year.  It was a busy time for our staff to be getting used to a new system but it is so easy to use and very efficient.  The feedback has been great.  Everything in one place, our records, holidays, absence and all of our policies and documents.
Many elements can be customised and permissions altered to allow for privacy were needed. Love the regular upgrades too.  We have had various account managers who have all been great. Lucy Brinklow is our current partner and she is wonderful, was lovely to meet in person recently too.   She is really able to tune in with what we need.  Andrew is also usually at the end of the support chat and is great. Thank you Humaans, looking forward to developing the system further.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Not much to dislike, some small tweaks but upgrades have come to sort it - eg approvals for holiday bookings.  New upgrades expected too for other things.
Linking payroll systems is our next thing but not able to just yet.

Record keeping, efficiencies, accuracy, up to date org structure, absence management, holidays.

Everything as far as the core HR is concerned is in one place and visible to all who need it.  
Easily accessible documents for employees, easy to restrict permissions to ensure confidentiality.
Product upgrades and updates regularly as the system evolves.

I love how easy Humaans is to use, paired with its visually appealing design, which makes my interaction with the system enjoyable. The reports section stands out for its ease of use, and the data accuracy it provides is fantastic, eliminating any concerns about correctness. Tracking annual and sick leave has become a breeze, markedly simplifying what used to be a cumbersome process. Humaans excels with its integration capabilities, effectively streamlining operations by seamlessly working with other tools like Carta, Notion, Slack, and Greenhouse. The implementation team has been the best I've worked with, facilitating a smooth transition and onboarding experience. The tables and overall look of the system are features I particularly adore. Moreover, I appreciate the workflows, which are exemplary for managing onboarding and offboarding checklists. The system's ability to automate prior Notion tasks within Humaans further exemplifies its flexibility and efficiency. Current endeavors with probation review and performance review workflows highlight the platform's expansive capabilities with more promising features on the horizon.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

I would say some features aren't live yet. I can't recall exactly what, but just a handful that if they were live, it would be a game changer.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humaans streamlines annual and sick leave tracking, provides easy-to-use and accurate reports, simplifies onboarding with automation, and integrates well with tools like Notion and Slack.

First, as a fan of minimalism, I love that the tool itself is truly clear and well organized. It feels simple at first glance, and you never feel overwhelmed when working with it—the design is truly intuitive.

Beyond the design, the implementation process was incredibly smooth and seamless from day one. But what is most important is the continuous and outstanding support. **What do you like best about Humaans?**

Humaans integration was extremely fast and easy — we were fully up and running in only two weeks, thanks to our incredible implementation manager. The tool is so intuitive that we haven’t even needed to create internal documentation for how to use it — it’s that straightforward.

As a global team, we finally have a platform that truly brings everyone together. Adjusting data takes seconds, and creating workflows or requests takes just minutes. Communication over Slack with the humaans team is great — quick, clear, and always followed by fast resolutions.

The Humaans team listens to our feedback and actively tries to incorporate it into their product roadmap. Our bi-weekly exchanges with our CSM are a highlight; she really listens and makes an effort to understand all of our pain points.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

The performance management tool isn’t quite where it needs to be yet, although I believe the team is actively working on it. Some new features take longer to roll out than others, which is normal for a fresh product, but still something to keep in mind.

In the near future, I’d love to see more integrations, as well as an improved Slack integration that allows tasks to be checked off and processes approved faster.

Humaans is incredibly easy to use, with a sleek and modern interface that makes day-to-day tasks feel effortless. The functionality is clearly well thought out, and regular product developments show a commitment to continuous improvement. The ability to assign custom permissions has been especially useful, giving our managers greater visibility where it's needed. One standout feature is the tables function—it's brilliant for both reporting and making bulk changes quickly and easily.

A huge bonus has been the service we’ve received throughout—from sales to implementation, the team has been fantastic. Special thanks to Lara, Ayrton, and Jamie-Lee for their professional, friendly, and knowledgeable support every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

We did experience a few hiccups during implementation, such as the system defaulting to an 8-hour workday when converting holidays from days to hours (our standard day is 7.5 hours). There are also some minor niggles around functionality, but nothing major and the system is constantly being improved. In addition, every issue we've encountered so far has had a workaround, allowing us to tailor the system to work effectively for our needs.

The system will bring significant time savings, particularly in reporting. The Insights function has been a game-changer when it comes to preparing data for the board—especially around key metrics like turnover. The ability to create bespoke permissions has also made a big difference, giving managers access to the information they need without relying on HR, which has improved efficiency across the board.

We're excited about the performance and engagement module, which will enhance our 1-2-1 and review processes and provide clearer visibility for both HR and the board. Additionally, workflows are already helping us work more efficiently by automating routine tasks, reducing admin time and ensuring consistency.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

We initially had no plans of switching from our previous HRIS, but after just one demo with Humaans, we were completely sold! The platform has transformed the way we streamline and automate our HR workflows, saving the team time and eliminating countless headaches. Humaans is intuitive, user-friendly, and makes life easier for both admins and employees alike. Managers now have all the team information they need at their fingertips, without always relying on HR support. The implementation process was seamless, and the Humaans support team was with us every step of the way, ensuring a smooth launch and continued success post-implementation. Simply put, Humaans has been a game-changer for us!

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

The timesheet function is simple and effective but could do with having one or two more features to accommodate for global and one-off working patterns.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous HRIS (despite being a market leader) stuggled to provide us with enough flexibility to manage employee profiles and data on a global scale. The ability to add custom fields were limited and when you could, it convoluted using the platform; adding layers of data that was hard to find and assign. Humaans allows complete, intuitive, flexiblity. The HR team has complete control over custom fields and where they are applicable, without compromsing ease of use.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

I have used Humaans application almost everyday and it help me on my overall Human resource related all tasks and activities and it help me in reducing errors and saves my time on HR activities and I recommend to any HR professional to step up their game on their career. And when I need support the support teams provide the necessary support on time professionally.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

I have noticed that the cost of the application is relatively high for small and newly formed organizations, and for new users to adapt the application and to familiarize themselves with it needs a little more time than other applications.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humaans help me in the attendance management by minimizing error and increasing performance and time usage.

UX/UI is very customer friendly. The customer support throughout implementation period and afterwards is great.

The tool is still being developed, more and more features being added - it means that it might not have everything that companies of different sizes need (yet).

Primary source of truth for HR agenda, managing on/offboarding processes, performance management - it's great to have everything in one place.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

The ability to easily automate a lot of different process! Their workflow templates are easy to use and having the ability to create your own workflow templates is gamechanging. The Tables section makes  bulk editing and updated data a breeze! Our workforce have also commented on the ease of use and friendly UI.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Just some small quirks which we came up against during implementation such as automated emails going to junk folders, however, the team was very collaborative and helped to find a workaround quickly.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a lot of problems with our previous HRIS when it came to recording time off in different countries. Humaans is very European centric which is a gamechanger for us. The Time Tracking part of the system is helping to replace another system which is very clunky and difficult to use. Humaans Time Tracking is seamless, easy to use and our employees are much happier.
