**What do you like best about Humaans?**

Ease of use. Architecturally the site is simple and intuitive to navigate and visually the site helps make a good impression to new starters and existing team members. In addition to this, it's a great way for us to hold all of our team documentation and staff information in a secure and centralised place.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Nothing! And any time we've had a question, or a challenge, the team have welcomed the feedback back and made rapid effort to respond and explore with us.

**Recommendations to others considering Humaans:**

Just save yourself some time & effort of looking around at the competition and jump on board with Humaans. They are leaps and bounds ahead with a team dedicated to growing and developing over time and most importantly, listening to their customers to ensure that they are developing something that works in the real world! They have made our HR function simpler yet more progressive at the same time. Couldn't have asked for more.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Precious tool was old, clunky and difficult to use and didn't represent our business well in terms of impression to team.
Documentation saved in different places.
'Old mentatlity' towards annual leave booking processes.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

The simplicity of the application. It has a super friendly interface where you will find everything you need in a couple of clicks.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Even though you have done a great start there are still some features that could be improved. One specific example is the reports.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Database at my hands, easy reporting, sensitive information secured, tracking of many changes, super easy search of time off. Visibility for employees so they have all this information at their hands.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

- Humaans has a very friendly UI and a lot of valuable features, but no overload; 
- the team is super receptive to feedback and constantly improves the product; 
- even in a remote-first company with a slightly complex setup Humaans accommodates all our needs
- related to the above: best public holiday handling I've seen in an HRMS so far!

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Nothing, really -- the product is great. That doesn't mean there isn't anything I'd like to see improved, but as I said above, the product is constantly improved.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a remote-first company with employees in multiple countries -- each of them having different public holidays, identifier formats & requirements, etc. We were looking for an HRMS solution that is flexible enough to put everyone in a single system -- without having to deal with the complexity of SAP, Netsuite, etc.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

Well-designed, easy to use, and built for remote teams. They believe in an integrations-first approach instead of trying to be the best at everything.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Still a few areas to be improved, but with the speed of execution I've seen so far, I am sure they will catch up very soon.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us have a great source of truth for employee data, making it easy to share with 3rd party tools like payroll

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

I like the fact that you can get started very seamlessly. A few clicks and you are up and running; The product is intuitive, well-designed and has all core functionality that we need; Finally, we like that you can create reports and export data.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Overall I cannot think of any significant downsides for us at the moment. I can see that we might need additional features in the future when our company grows in size, like integration to our payroll system.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a centralized place for our people-data and managing time away and other people admin-related stuff like contracts, documents, ids, etc. Getting rid of Excel sheets at our current stage.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

We onboarded Humaans after carefully auditing a number of providers in the space and could not be happier with the choice we made. Humaans is fast, responsive and adapted to the needs of a fast-growing team. The UX and UI are best-in-class which was important to us given our focus on providing our team with modern tools to be as self-serve as possible. Finally, Giovanni has been fantastic at listening to our feedback and implementing it into their roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Nothing to flag at the moment! Excited to see more integrations, stats, and features to better manage our team.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Fast implementation of our first HRIS tool
- Great employee experience
- Ramp up is clear and easy

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

I like things that are designed to work well and Humaans is exactly that. It's easy to learn, easy to use, and makes you feel like you can keep on top of all your people ops.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Nothing at this point. As we grow I'm sure our needs will, too. However, the team at Humaans seem to be shipping updates all the time, so this doesn't worry me at this point.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We basically do all our people ops in Humaans. We keep track of all employee records and profile information, manage time off, etc.

Easy to use and super user-friendly, both for managers and staff
Quickly onboarding process and great details that sweeten the entire experience.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Some integrations missing that the Humaans' team is already working on. Such as Hiring software or Gcal.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a tool to quickly manage staff.
Who's away, holiday management, etc...

As we grow Humaans help understand the connections within the team as well.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

The team at Humaans is very open for customer feedback and helped develop or adjust their tool for our ongoing needs. 
Other than that, the basic platform is super intuitive, modern and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

If you have strict previously defined requirements, this tool might not be for you, it's still a product in development.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Main gains are better control of employee data (e.g documents, salary and promotions, etc.) and structured and transparent flows for absence management

Humaans is easy to use, user friendly, simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. It is widely adopted by our team and we love it.

The team is responsive and support is fantastic.

Great pricing model. 

I don't think we would ever switch out of Humaans.

Looking forward to have more integrations with Slack, GSuite, etc.

We need Humaans because its the HRMS for our entire team, handles documentation, onboarding, absence management.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

It's easy to use and well suited for globally distributed / remote teams. 
New features are added regularly and thoughtfully communicated, and there are a good number of integrations. They provide a great customer support experience.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

The admin experience is good, but as the product grows would expect this aspect to be improved.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All people information is stored in one place, and everyone has visibility around time off. Historical data is easy to access
