What do you like best about Humaans?

I love how easy Humaans is to use, paired with its visually appealing design, which makes my interaction with the system enjoyable. The reports section stands out for its ease of use, and the data accuracy it provides is fantastic, eliminating any concerns about correctness. Tracking annual and sick leave has become a breeze, markedly simplifying what used to be a cumbersome process. Humaans excels with its integration capabilities, effectively streamlining operations by seamlessly working with other tools like Carta, Notion, Slack, and Greenhouse. The implementation team has been the best I've worked with, facilitating a smooth transition and onboarding experience. The tables and overall look of the system are features I particularly adore. Moreover, I appreciate the workflows, which are exemplary for managing onboarding and offboarding checklists. The system's ability to automate prior Notion tasks within Humaans further exemplifies its flexibility and efficiency. Current endeavors with probation review and performance review workflows highlight the platform's expansive capabilities with more promising features on the horizon. What do you dislike about Humaans?

Humaans is more than just an HR tool; it is a partner that grows with our needs.

First, as a fan of minimalism, I love that the tool itself is truly clear and well organized. It feels simple at first glance, and you never feel overwhelmed when working with it—the design is truly intuitive.

Beyond the design, the implementation process was incredibly smooth and seamless from day one. But what is most important is the continuous and outstanding support. The Humaans team responds promptly to any of our queries and comments, and actively works with us to find ways to maximize the system's customization to our specific requirements.

What do you like best about Humaans?

Humaans integration was extremely fast and easy — we were fully up and running in only two weeks, thanks to our incredible implementation manager. The tool is so intuitive that we haven’t even needed to create internal documentation for how to use it — it’s that straightforward.

As a global team, we finally have a platform that truly brings everyone together. Adjusting data takes seconds, and creating workflows or requests takes just minutes. Communication over Slack with the humaans team is great — quick, clear, and always followed by fast resolutions.

The Humaans team listens to our feedback and actively tries to incorporate it into their product roadmap. Our bi-weekly exchanges with our CSM are a highlight; she really listens and makes an effort to understand all of our pain points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humaans?

The performance management tool isn’t quite where it needs to be yet, although I believe the team is actively working on it. Some new features take longer to roll out than others, which is normal for a fresh product, but still something to keep in mind.

Humaans has been a great tool for us. We received excellent support during the initial setup, and ongoing assistance from Lucy, who handles our daily requests and also passes our suggestions on to the tech development team. The platform is user-friendly for both HR and myself in payroll, and our staff find it easy to use and navigate. What do you like best about Humaans?

Humaans is a really great and customisable platform, making it easy to tailor to our needs. The automated workflows have been a real time saver, streamlining processes that would otherwise take up a lot of manual effort.

A special mention to Ayrton Haider, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the implementation process. He has answered all my questions promptly (and there were a lot!), provided creative solutions, and shown real patience along the way. His support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

What do you like best about Humaans?

I chose to bring Humaans as the first HRIS in my organisation, due to the platform being highly customisable and able to keep up with our needs, and having the best integrations on the market with some of our other platforms such as Slack, Ashby, Ravio, Google Calendar. What do you dislike about Humaans?

I wish it would come with ideas of already built in worflows that I can just adapt to my organisation, saving time. I wish it had better social features for employees to interact, cooler bios features, and the possibility to customise the home page.
