What do you like best about HuddleUp?

The depth of the analysis and insights I get on a real-time basis helps me take the appropriate action without any further delay. The UI is nimble and friendly to understand.

It supports deep-diving into focus areas for a better diagnosis of the issues before it gets escalated further.

What problems is HuddleUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Due to the lack of facetime in remote working, it was hard for me to understand how my team is feeling, what they are going through. Even though we used to have regular zoom calls, there were still some gaps that I couldn't address otherwise. Also, I could sense that people were not true to themselves when it comes to giving any critical feedback about work, policies or even me - there was a hesitation especially among the ones who were hired during the remote working times.

After rolling out HuddleUp. the team could rebuild the trust in the system as they could feel that their voice could be heard and the relevant actions are being taken in no time! Instant gratification is the key!! Loved the platform there itself! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their AI driven chatbot is good. Another feature we liked the most was the Social connection. Since most of the teams are working remotely, it gave them a chance to connect with one another more freequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AI-chatbot to drive weekly check-ins is impressive. It has helped us get to know what each team wants & align Managers accordingly. What do you like best about HuddleUp?

HuddleUp has been extremely helpful in boosting team morale and helping my team & I stay connected and address any concerns. The check-ins are fun, with an ability to interact with teams on real-time feedback. We have recently started the virtual CEO Coffee Connect program in Slack & the teams are loving it.
