We created an easy, intuitive way for people to keep up to date with what is happening...and easy access to crucial resources. In a time when the office is virtual, this had a huge impact. What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

The analytics section, allowing us to track user activity. From this reporting, we can see which articles and campaigns our employees respond to the most, and we can focus on doing more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hub Intranet?

Some things can't be done just due to the limitations with containers and sizes of boxes. However, what we are trying to do can often be molded into the containers available, so it is not a huge problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have removed some pages, and content employees are not using/interacting with very often by following the reporting data. This allows us to be more neat and tidy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its many useful intuitive features and functionality - they clearly put a lot of thought into its design.

Editing the homepage or uncommon changes can be difficult, also the limit of image sizes when uploading. Also when you go to add a lot of images in one page it's annoying you can't just copy and paste in from a word document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With regards to your comments on the homepage editing, we're actually in the middle of redeveloping the Homepage Builder, hopefully revolutionising the whole process to a slicker drag and drop system that makes it much quicker and easier to view and edit your homepages. With regards to your copying images and text across from Word, this isn't really something we'd recommend because Word is likely to have different formating and that won't always copy across - you'd be much better off creating copy directly in the Hub's WYSIWYG Copy Editor. I'll have our hub support team reach out to assist you with this.

What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

The hub provides a robust, stable platform which has enabled us to centralise many strands of data that were previously held in multiple locations.

While on the one hand it can provide a virtual 'noticeboard' it also hosts a range of interactive forms which our staff can use to manage a multitude of activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only challenge that we have with the hub is the design structure which means that unless a news item features in the upper section of the landing page users are less likely to scroll down to view items that are not viewed at first glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
