What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

The Hub provides so many possibilities for displaying information for our Crew and also being able to get them involved and make them post information as well. We have never sought another platform as we are happy with the service that Pancentric provides us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hub Intranet?

At times I find it slightly user-unfriendly and have to seek further advice on this to understand where I need to go to create something new. I think a physical step-by-step manual of basic things should be downloadable. I know you access the Pancentric Hub for items but again I have struggled to find what I want in the past but have always resolved this issue with the amazing support we have received from John Howell at Pancentric. What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

The best thing about this software is pricing and flexibility to use this tool. Its almost same as ftp but faster than that which makes it more convenient to use compared to other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes this tools lags a lot depending on internet speed. Even if internet is good this tools lags. Its not compatible with all the available Microsoft softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

I love how simple the system is to use, both on the front end and back end. It is very intuitive, so it was very easy to build and the time from development to launch was super quick. Many people can be super users of The Hub without much training, which is really convenient. The staff at Pancentric are very helpful and responsive should you have any queries too. What do you dislike about Hub Intranet?

I dislike the interface sometimes - the text editing box looks very clunky and "old-school" in appearance.

It would also be good to have the option to display calendars in different layouts.

It would be great if it could have an instant chat function so it can be a one-stop-shop for all comms (replacing the need for Teams, Google Chat or Slack) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hub Intranet solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have multiple organisations using different communications platforms, so having the forums in The Hub where we can send out messages to all users easily is really handy.

A benefit is also seeing people's photos to work out who is in the office, or to see what someone you've met's job title is - its a really useful directory.

We are also solving the issue of meeting room bookings, when all members are not on the same calendar network. We also ask people to sign up before coming into the office and seeing the results of these forms is really useful for plannning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Jess - thanks for your honest review of The Hub. Really pleased you find the system effortless to build and use, this has always been our main aim from day one with The Hub, that anyone can build their own intranet without being a 'techie'.

Thank you also for your useful feedback on instant chat and the interface. We're actually in the process of redesigning the user interface to make it more modern and slicker to use - so watch this space! I'll also pass on your comments regarding instant chat to our development team. Like you say, The Hub's Group Forums are a great way to collaborate between teams from different offices, but we'll certainly take onboard your request for more real-time chat between teams.

What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

Primarily the ease of use and setup.

With limited internal technical resources available, I was very impressed with how easy the HUB was to setup and use. From our initial conversation, we very quickly had a working copy available to demonstrate to key stakeholders in our Management Team; such a timely response was pivotal in enduring the Organisation's engagement with the process. Nothing specific; as its a very polished product with little to configure for a fully functioning system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hub Intranet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Organisation has recently experienced a huge level of growth, operating across a wide geographical area with Staff working remotely or from home.

This growth led to the development of many internal systems and procedures, something of a challenge for an Organisation whose Staff have limited technical knowledge and do not always use email as part of their day to day work.

The Hub has allowed us to reduce the "noise" created by an ever-increasing number of emails and communications by focusing how and to who we communicate updates or ideas.

The creation of one central point for information and communications has also led to an increase in engagement with internal training and developments.

Most importantly, its provided easy access to information for frontline Staff. In one example, a member of Staff used the HUB to access information that previously was not readily available, the end result being that the Client was able to secure permanent accommodation, the essence of what our Organisation is here to do. What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

Two things - (1) quantity and level of settings available to bespoke by admin users and (2) ease of navigation with the intuitive structure of menus, breadcrumbs option, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

HTML editor is a little clunky. I tend to edit in MS Word and then copy and paste into the HTML editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

More effective communication with our licensees. Better way to structure knowledge and communications in a structure that can be easily accessed, searched and cross-referenced in future.
