I use The Hub to write articles and have found if revisions are made the URL does not always update. E.g last week I created a company email with link to Hub articles. Because revisions were made after the links to the email had been added, the links referred readers to the old articles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I thought the site was very user-friendly to design. I have no experience in web design and was able to catch on fairly quickly. I have found the platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate around when adding all the content required. The amount of information I can be added is brilliant, especially as you can quickly move pages around as the system grows. The option to copy created pages is a real game-changer and enables you to create new events, pages, etc. swiftly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the limitations around adding text can be frustrating, e.g., when I copy and paste text into a page and you are using a page theme - you can't see how the text will look until you save and come out of editing. The Hub makes it extremely easy to link between news items, help articles, documents, events and almost anything else. As a central database, it makes finding information very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface can feel clunky and outdated at times, though recent updates to the accordion editor among other things have gone some way to rectifying that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
