I use The Hub to write articles and have found if revisions are made the URL does not always update. E.g last week I created a company email with link to Hub articles. Because revisions were made after the links to the email had been added, the links referred readers to the old articles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. Great to hear Hub is helping you improve your internal comms and that you're finding the system simple to use.

The 'issue' you've encountered with linking to old versions of news articles is a simple mistake to fix. When you're grabbing the URL for the article, because you're a Hub Admin, you're accidentally grabbing the URL with the 'revisionID' in it - which is why your emails are linking to old versions after you've updated the article. I've emailed you separately, but the trick (which isn't really a trick), is to make sure you access the article in 'end user mode' and copy that URL which won't have the revisionID in it. That way, no matter how many times you update the article, your emails will always link to the most recent published version.

What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

I thought the site was very user-friendly to design. I have no experience in web design and was able to catch on fairly quickly. I also found the support from pancentric, from Martin and John especially, extremely helpful as they were able to troubleshoot any problems I ran into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hub Intranet?

I can't think of anything specifically that I have disliked. I ran into a few issues with the odd glitch or malfunction but was able to get help from the support team very promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As our company has just gone through an amalgamation, it was crucial in getting all new staff onto the same page and somewhat unifying us as a company. The majority of company news and staff information is all found on our intranet now. Also, our Board of Directors has their own community on the site, which they were delighted with. What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

I have found the platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate around when adding all the content required. The amount of information I can be added is brilliant, especially as you can quickly move pages around as the system grows. The option to copy created pages is a real game-changer and enables you to create new events, pages, etc. swiftly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hub Intranet?

Some of the limitations around adding text can be frustrating, e.g., when I copy and paste text into a page and you are using a page theme - you can't see how the text will look until you save and come out of editing. Also some of the headers have got spaces around them when you want text to start immediately underneath. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We wanted the system to be a 'go-to' place for our staff, a central place where documents, people, places and training courses can be shared rather than 100's of emails being sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding your comments on line spacing, you should be able to customise both the line height and line margins for your Header fonts within your Hub Theme (under the Fonts tab). Regarding your Org chart comment - the Hub does have an organogram tree feature, in both text and profile image format. It might be that your Hub Admin just hasn't set this up for your organisation, but we're happy to take a look.
