What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

The great thing about working with Hub Intranet is that it feels like a true partnership. When I need or request help from them, they are attentive to my needs and always offer a solution. They are excellent in terms of timescales for resolving a problem and exceed the expectations they set out in their automated email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hub Intranet?

I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike as such. As I mentioned above, if things aren't working as they should, then they are only an email away in terms of having to resolve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hub Intranet?

There is a lack of capability. It is hard to do multiple tasks en masse. Lots of fiddly aspects of it rather than being able to do things in tranches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sorry to hear you've had a slight difficulty performing certain tasks in bulk. I believe you're in the process of liaising with our Customer Support team on a few things, so hopefully we'll be able to implement some new changes that'll make your Hub easier to manage.

Thank you also for your feedback around the Hub's look and feel - this is something we're in the midst of redesigning, with the aim to make the user interface look slicker, so hopefully when that development is live, you'll see a marked improvement in the overall design of your Hub.

With the Hub, we now have one source of information and documentation for all our employees worldwide.

Whenever there are issues or questions, there is always that great support from consultants and Hub support, so there is nothing to dislike!

What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

We recently switched to Hub Intranet and were able to create a user-friendly and attractive site very easily. The platform is affordable, has great features and is simple to use for people of varying skill levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue we have encountered during the implementation process is the single sign-on feature not working well with our organization's security features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The vast amount of widgets, pages, and customisation on offer. It is a platform that has plenty to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are occasionally some limitations with some widgets, especially the HTML-rich element. Also, creating blocks/elements is quite time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi there - thanks for sharing your Hub feedback! Great to hear Hub's making a difference as a knowledge management solution for your organisation.

Thanks also for your suggestion on deleted items. Archived content can be easily restored by your Hub Admins by accessing your Resource Sitemap Report, but if you've permanently deleted the content, then you'll need to reach out directly to our Customer Support Team, who will be able to liaise with our Hub Developers and try to retrieve this deleted content for you. Most deleted content is saved on our database for a period of time, so we should be able to fish it out for you.

What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

I appreciate how much I am able to control and adapt, the community feature is useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hub Intranet?

It is an out-dated system compared to the likes of Wordpress etc., and can be quite clunky to use.

Little faults like the inability for an "in page" theme to sit within a community theme seems overlooked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it. Apologies to hear you feel the system is 'clunky' and outdated. We're actually in the process of overhauling the entire frontend user interface, so hopefully once this is launched later in the year, you'll feel the Hub is slicker and easier to user. We're glad to hear though that the Hub has more than met your needs.

Regarding page themes, you can currently create an independent 'in-page' theme which can be applied to any page on your Hub, giving you the flexibility to change the page theme from the overall community theme. Our Customer Success Manager - John - will be in touch separately to discuss your issues with the 'in-page theme' you've mentioned, as we'd just like to clarify what you mean.
