How you can quickly build and add content Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hub Intranet?

It can be very limiting in terms of the look and feel. You're kind of stuck with the 3 column layout and if you do more of a custom page layout its tricky to keep that in keeping with the rest of the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

- Engaging visuals

- Easy to navigate through all the columns

- Easy to manage / update articles

- Excellent support from the Hub especially John

- Great RSS feature to pull through job ads / latest blogs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hub Intranet?

- We would like the container to be improved with ease of use. It's quite clunky at the moment. For example, the accordian container can't give a direct link to a specific article.

- The ability to auto crop the picture instead of manually resizing it. It happens every time just before we publish the article.

- Could we have the option to do a survey? At the moment it's 'Poll' only and we have to create a form instead if we wanted to do a survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

The Hub has totally changed the way we communicate with our franchise network. It is fantastic to have all of our resources in one place and everything is easy to locate. It is a platform which encourages collaboration and communication and we have received some great feedback from our franchisees on the platform. We really like the flexibility to adapt and develop the platform as we grow. The pancentric team have been so helpful and we really value their support and input. It has exceeded our expectations. What do you dislike about Hub Intranet?

The notifications took a while for us to refine but this is working fine now. Some additional design layouts would be beneficial, this is based on a specific user case we had, but we have come up with a work around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

The Hub is clearly and logically laid out, making it easy to use. The search bar is especially useful for finding any more specific documents. Customer service is also great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hub Intranet?

Sometimes there can be mutliple steps to add things into posts e.g., accordians or picture libraries. This is not difficult once you know how it is done but can add extra steps/ time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you also for your comments on the 'wasted space' around your Hub content. We're currently in the process of developing a full screen width layout to the Hub, which will see that 'wasted space' become better utilised, giving you more options for displaying your content. It's a big build, but we're hoping to launch this in 2024 - so watch this space!

Really glad to hear you're finding the Hub easy to use, and our Customer Support team so responsive - these are two things we pride ourselves on here, as we always aim to deliver the best possible solution and service to our customers.

With that in mind, we're sorry to hear you feel the frontend of the Hub looks slightly dated. We're currently in the process of revamping the user interface to make it look much slicker, so hopefully when that's launched you'll find your Hub homepage has more of a 'wow factor'. The Hub already has a lot of design flexibility for implementing your own background imagery and header images, and many of our customers have managed to cleverly use this, as well as some uniquely designed homepage containers, to make their Hub homepages look super cool and unique- which has certainly helped with their user engagement.

If you wanted to have a chat with our team about how you can 'jazzing up' the homepage of your Hub, we'd be more than happy to show you some tips and tricks that'll give your Hub the 'wow factor', using the tools already on your intranet. We could also show you what other Hub customers have introduced on their Hubs, to showcase some clever and cool design elements, which you can incorporate on your own Hub.
