- We would like the container to be improved with ease of use. It's quite clunky at the moment. For example, the accordian container can't give a direct link to a specific article.
- The ability to auto crop the picture instead of manually resizing it. It happens every time just before we publish the article.
- Could we have the option to do a survey? At the moment it's 'Poll' only and we have to create a form instead if we wanted to do a survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Hub has totally changed the way we communicate with our franchise network. It is fantastic to have all of our resources in one place and everything is easy to locate. It is a platform which encourages collaboration and communication and we have received some great feedback from our franchisees on the platform. We really like the flexibility to adapt and develop the platform as we grow. The pancentric team have been so helpful and we really value their support and input. It has exceeded our expectations.
