What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

the homepage is fully customisable which is great as can change the look and style very easily which includes the theme and style of the whole hub! implementing a new theme on the hub is quick and easy to do.

Creating more then one community on the hub has been very helpful for the business as we have created training specfic communities among others.

We try and get our team to log on daily but this isn't always the case so the feature to be able to alert the team via email when a new post goes out is very helpful.

The customer support is amazing! always get a response quickly to any querie or sometimes an idea if the system can not do what i am trying to do. can't fault the help and support at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hub Intranet?

The fact you are limited in using the full width of the screen available, the themes are more portrait format over landscape which means people have to scroll to see all the content, which i know a lot do not do, so we have to plan our homepage so key into is at the top as the items we place lower down are not really used or engaged with.

Trying to make the content on a news post engaging is difficult as mainly basic editing options available over something a bit more creative, and formatting is tricky as stuff moves of its own accord sometimes!

To create a news post which contains a form or poll or other item you have to exit out of editing the content to a different section create the form/poll then edit the news post again and add the poll you have created instead of being able to create from within the editor.

Would like to be able to have more control over the email format that goes out for a news post as currently the small image and heading are not catching the attention of our team so we are having to send out additional emails so those that can't log onto the hub daily (Drivers etc...) can still get all the information via an email they can easily view and read. What problems is Hub Intranet solving and how is that benefiting you?

as a business communicating with our team is key, so the Hub is a nice central location everyone can come to, to get updates on the business, on other team members and new policies or safety updates, its helping the business to communicate better with the team and in turn team members are asking if they can get there own things posted, like charity fund raisers they are doing etc.... Sorry you're finding the tables a bit annoying at the moment, but this is really useful feedback. I've passed on your comments to our developers, and we'll look into how we can improve tables to make it easier to customise the borders on individual cells.

What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

The form and assessment builders are excellent and allow you to create some very engaging and interactive content. The hub allows you to move any word doc/excel forms etc onto your site and keeps track of submissions effectively. There is an excellent variety of containers that can be used to fit most needs. The team at Pancentric appear to update this quite often with various improvements which is useful. We very easily integrated the product into our workflows and staff has found using it to be straight forward and enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hub Intranet?

The copy box when creating pages can be somewhat limiting at times. It doesn't act well with images. Increasing the capability of the copy box by siphoning off some of the better features from Word might be useful. I also would like it if forms could have conditional questioning - e.g. the following questions can be different depending on the answer you gave to a previous question. What problems is Hub Intranet solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Hub allows us to keep all HR info/employee assistance info and anything else that employees need to know when working for us in one centralised location. It also means we don't have to keep various documents up to date because we can split information into different pages that can then be found and edited easily. The hub minimises the amount of powerpoints, spreadsheets and word docs we have flying around. Staff communications is also much easier thanks to being able to publish news directly on there. What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

We have been using the Hub for nearly a year now and in that time it has become an integral tool for all internal communications. It has allowed us to communicate a variety of content, ask for engagement through surveys and has been the cornerstone for building a community across the Group.

We recently asked for additional support in training 'super administrators' and Pancentric delivered these sessions in an easy to understand format which allowed key staff to take ownership of their sections of the Hub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The site is really intuitive, the training was excellent and it provides the perfect tool for our organisations needs. From our first contact the service has been first class, Martin has been so helpful and a pleasure to work with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hub Intranet?

The Hub was very easy and fast to set up. The support to create content was great and we quickly learned how to develop the content. It had a number of features that we were looking for - integration of Youtube video, "Must Reads", user tracking, etc. We have had terrific uptake from our staff and it has become the landing page for staff for all important corporate information.
