What do you like best about HR4?

The Time and Hire apps are great. We now have a centralized location to post jobs, review resumes, schedule interviews, conduck background checks, and issue offers.

The Time app provides a digital method to punch in and out and integrates with our payroll solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR4?

HR4 digitized our offer and onboarding process, which eliminates errors and delays in the hring process. The builtin work flows ensures there is consistency by all users. What is HR4?

HR4 is a leading workforce management platform of apps dedicated to maximizing business profits and employee experiences From HR4’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) managers can create a job posting, push the posting to career pages and popular job boards. Management can move candidates throughout the hiring stages, schedule interviews, grade candidates, communicate via text or email and even extend templated job offers. Applicant profiles can be converted to employee profiles for digital onboarding. Employees can complete their pre-hire tasks and forms and then begin any number of custom, company and role specific training programs within the HR4 Learning Management System (LMS). Management and employees can then use HR4’s scheduling, mobile time clocks to track hours and PTO to be exported to payroll systems. HR4 is a full end-to-end suite including employee communication, engagement, directory, compliance, performance and compensation management apps. What do you like best about HR4?

We love the Health and Safety aspect of the app. The fact that each employee has the app on their phone (which is optional depending on company policy) makes communication easy. We also love that everything is in one place. mission statement, employee handbook, training tools , scheduling, onboarding for hiring, personal files including CRA tax forms etc can be all stored on this app. We have the basic HR4 at this point and are only 1 month in. We are just starting our journey but are veryimpressed. The implentation team was great, the support is awesome, always their to assist and help in any way. The set up was easier than I anticipated and I have had a lot experience in implenting new systems, so I would definatly recommend HR4. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HR4 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having Health and Saftey in on applicaiton, with WHMIS training, being able to upload minutes of the H&S meetings. The time and attendance we love. What do you like best about HR4?

HR4 streamlines so may processes and elimates paper trail. From the perspective of the end user, it is user friendly and easy to navigate. On the back end, it is intiuitive and there are many resources available to assist managers. Implentation and training was smooth, and ongoing support which is critical because there is so much to the platform is easily accessible. I very much appreciated that the HR4 implementation team trained our entire employee population, not just the managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR4?

We are still new to HR4 so I haven't really encountered anything yet. I have heard from members of our team that the desktop application is much better than the cell phone app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HR4 solving and how is that benefiting you?

While still new to HR4, I have already been able to elimate some of our traditional spreadsheets and processes. HR4 will allow us to be more efficient and will serve as an excellent communication tool. What do you like best about HR4?

HR4 is a well thought and layed out software for everything to do with employees. To me. this software is a major optimizer and time saver in regards to the hiring process, organizing documents, employee training completion, etc. Beside the program, the customer support was top notch from start to finish. You can tell their team are highly communicating internally, which translated to a smooth customer setup experience. Integration was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HR4?

What do you like best about HR4?

what I like the most is the end to end workforce management. the tool is very easy to use and the UI is very user friendly you will not see any difficulty to use this tool we can manage directory, compliance, performance very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

when I tried this tool first time I did not see any difficulty coz the UI is very user friendly but sometimes I have faced some issue like in workforce management the app was hanged and I tried to logout and login again then it runs smoothly so yes sometimes it just stop working and the web page shows error but not all the time only 2-3 time I have faced this issue. What do you like best about HR4?

Our organization finds the hiring process to be one of the best features of HR4. Incorporating digital methods benefits managers, associates, and new candidates. This also means that our onboarding process is seamless, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company in no time.

Furthermore, we appreciate the convenience of having all company policies, links, and employee information consolidated in one easily accessible platform available to everyone in the organization.

One aspect that has made our experience with HR4 genuinely exceptional is the support we received from their staff. They have been accommodating and responsive throughout the implementation process, ensuring everything went smoothly. What do you like best about HR4?

We like the hiring aspect the best. We have digitized our processes, benefiting all managers, associates and new candidates. Furthermore, we can now welcome our new hires with a smooth onboarding process.

Additionally, we enjoy having all of our policies, company links, employee info etc all in one spot and easily accessible to everyone in our organization.

The staff at HR4 has been supportive, helpful, flexible and highly responsive. They worked hard to ensure the implementation process went as smoothly as possible. So far there is nothing that we dislike. Anything that we have had questions about has been quickly addressed and resolved.

HR4 ensures a smooth onboarding process where no paperwork is missed or simply "forgotten". Additionally, HR4 has enabled us to streamline the employee life cycle, where all documentation is now in one spot and accessible to those who require it.

HR4 provides data that used to be more difficult for us to track - for example, employee turnover, outstanding health and safety courses etc.

We also enjoy the flexibility and ease with which we can update our employee handbook and keep it current and accessible to all.

What do you like best about HR4?

I really enjoyed how prompt and helpful the support staff is at HR4. Very willing to help and try to develop a workaround to tailor the program to meet our specific needs, whether on time off records or custom employee forms. The HR4 system is very user-friendly and easy to navigate for employees of varying computer skill groups. The pricing structure is very fair for the value the system brings to the business. What do you dislike about HR4?

The HR4 software is quite customizable in many areas, such as custom employee forms, notifications, and hiring activities. That said, the system is still somewhat new/constantly developing and improving, and there are some features such as "time off" that are not as fully customizable as some managers would like. Feedback from staff is that the system generates/sends too many notifications, which results in many staff ignoring messages hence not engaging/utilizing the system as thoroughly as management may like. Some managers also find the time off reports HR4 generates challenging to read and often display inaccurate data. Overall, outstanding value for the program and our company find a lot of value in the time off feature, handbook/policies, and communication with staff. However, it is not a perfect program with a few cons, but overall we are still a very satisfied customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering HR4:

Building your company policies/handbook and HR processes around Recruitment, Selection, Screening, Hiring, etc., are essential before acquiring the HR4 software. HR4 helps streamline and document existing processes it does not write policies or functions for you. Tech support is great at assisting a little in that department but you largely need to have established procedures in place that HR4 will help you stay consistent on, but if you are not following proper HR processes already, then HR4 will not be of as much assistance to you. What problems is HR4 solving and how is that benefiting you?

The central platform to quickly and efficiently communicate new information, documents, and policies to all staff via HR4 during the pandemic was extremely valuable, not to mention quite convenient to execute. The time off app has helped our company improve our time off processes and aids in remaining compliant with Alberta Employment Standards on the taking and tracking of employee vacation time/entitlements.
