Hostfully does everything for you! From calendar management to sending communication to your guests. The help feature and the humans that manage it are amazing! I can't say enough about the support I get from them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostfully - Property Management Platform?

My Hostfully Account Manager is probably the only downfall I have run into. I don't get a lot of support from her or follow-up. However, the online support is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate Hostfully' s customer service and the time and patience they exhibit when dealing with issues. I've also loved that they integrate with the top tier booking platforms to provide seamless operations for multi-channel calendar management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Onboarding is long and tedious. Also, the ability to program templates for multi-currency usage has been an issue. In addition, the reports generation for owners can be somewhat clumsy and confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our property management team reaches out to Hostfully a couple times a weeks with challenges we, or our, guests are facing. We have found the support team at Hostfully to be thorough and responsive in their replies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hostfully has introduced Zoom office hours several days a week however I find the times to be limiting as a customer in PST timezone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hostfully - Property Management Platform?

I love how they can help you a lot when it comes to integration. Cece, one of their customer support staff, is like my best friend when I need something figured out! Also, they have all these support articles that are ready for parners to read. The bot, Finn, is also very helpful! They were able to waive fees as well for our shell listings that are not active! I hope they can support more booking platforms so we can fully integrate all our platforms in the future -- for now we're just using the icals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hostfully - Property Management Platform?

Hostfully is not only proactive in working with their clients to have 1:1 calls, they also offer Office Hours which is super helpful in getting answers but also learning questions from others at different steps than you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hostfully - Property Management Platform?

It is super rich so I felt there was so much information to get through; thankfully our rep Kana gave thorough instructions which made it a hair less overwhleming. Also the integrations being an added expense was not foreseen by my client so we wish we knew that prior to getting signed up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
