The communication for soliving problems is always readily available. Fixes to common issues are resolved quickly and suggested improvements are actually taken into account and implemented within a reasonable timeframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really do not dislike it, but I just hope there is an improvement when designing a template. The fonts are limited, and the spacing and indention are too spacious so when a guest reads our automated messages, the space between Hi and the next paragraph is so far that it looks like we clicked "Enter" twice.
Also, we could have Airbnb co-hosts reflect their messages in the Hostfully inbox so that when the primary host reads previous messages in Hostfully, she won't get confused or will be able to easily catch up with previous conversations.
Lastly we are having trouble adding my email address as an "added user" so at the moment I am borrowing my boss's account to be able to access the PMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been working with Hostfully for a few months now, and I am extremely impressed with their support. They are always ready to assist in every way possible, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. I appreciate the knowledgeable reps. I have no choice at this scale but to have a PMS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reports are not intuitive and because its so critical for them to be accurate - particularly owner reports - i have wound up spending hours trying to create the "perfect report" with a hostfully rep - not a good use of either of our times. There should be more. set plug and play reports, Even Hostfully reps acknowledge how wonky reporting us and oftern can't figure out the answers without tech help. Not the reps fault!
Also hate that instant messaging. with long delays often - is the go to problem solving platform. Our plan allows for direct one on ones, but its not straight forward how to schedule those
Messaging and triggers is painful to set up and formatting - that which the guests sees as our company's front face - is wonky and just doesn't look professional. We pay extra for hospitable so we can have a user friendly and professional messaging interface

I switched management softwares and Hostfully is easy to use and has a super fast customer service. Although, the owner portal is very basic and there is no owner app. Owners complain a lot about how little they can do and see vrs my old management software which is a big down side. The integrations with vrbo and Airbnb are great.
Wish there was an owner app and more features for owners to keep transparency for them.
Reports are hard to read and the net amounts are not transferred each month which makes owners super confused on how much income they have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a smaller vacation rental business owner (four properties or less), it took a lot of time to invest in getting set up and integrating (although supported through this). Pricing is a little high for a smaller business owner who may not use all the functions available and use it less frequently. However, I would not be without it now and find it easy to use.
