What do you like best about Horizons?

What do you dislike about Horizons?

The calculations for active leave days need to be reviewed as they do not align with our company's eligible leave days.

The Horizon platform is currently not functioning properly on mobile devices. It would be beneficial to make it available either through a mobile browser or a dedicated mobile application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Horizons solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been working with Horizons as our Employer of Record (EOR) partner for the best part of three years, supporting our hiring needs in multiple locations, including Malaysia, Slovenia, Argentina, South Africa, Armenia, and more.

Our experience with Horizons has been positive, especially over the last two years once we fund our feet on how we can get the most from the partnership and how it works. What do you like best about Horizons?

Horizons was quite easy to implement, with support being very timely in answering questions and ensuring that the experience was positive and smooth. After implementation, we did not feel forgotten about, as support was readily available whenever it was needed. Most recently, we had reached out regarding our current price point and they worked with us to find a solution that met the needs of both sides. This was timely and friendly, with a big shoutout to the Customer Success Manager helping during that time.

The platform itself is easy to navigate and use. I did not have to login much as a result, which is a good thing. It just works as intended, with many tasks either automated or easy to accomplish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Horizons?

Within the platform, there are a few areas where I feel like automation would be beneficial to pursue. Any amendments or contract changes must go through support, which could delay changes if it isn't completely by a certain date, which is not always apparent to the user. I think humans should still be involved, but for simple amendments (like a pay change), it shouldn't be hard to make that automated with humans at the end just reviewing and approving or not. What problems is Horizons solving and how is that benefiting you?

Horizons helped us navigate the sometimes complex world of hiring people in countries/regions that you do not have a business presence. We had two people who we wanted to bring on in a more official way as employees versus the contractor status they previously held. They are the Employer of Record for these two people and help take the burden off of us for things like payroll, taxes, compliance, etc.

What do you like best about Horizons?

Horizons made the onboarding process pretty seamless. My contact was clear about what to expect, quick to answer my questions, and always followed up with the right documents on time. They were also flexible in helping me land on a start date that worked for my situation. What really stood out was that even after I started, they remained responsive when I needed clarification on some paperwork. That kind of follow-through made a difference. What do you like best about Horizons?

Even though I understand why this is necessary. Sometimes waiting 24 hours to get reply is not always helpful. It would be great if people could have a designated person each for any matter that could also reduce confusion and could get connected to in a faster manner. What do you like best about Horizons?

This is my great pleasure writing something about the great service provider company Horizons. I have passed through a very fantastic journey with Horizons throughout the recruitment process of Kimberley Clark. It was really very challenging for me to navigate my career in South Asian countries which Horizons has made very easy for me and finally I got my dream job in Kimberly Clark as a Cluster Manager for South Asian countries. I would like to give thanks to Mr. Luis for making my journey very easy and smooth throughout the recruitment process. How he handled everything and all my concerns with great patience, really deserves plaudits. What do you like best about Horizons?

My onboarding experience was smooth and hassle-free. The Horizons app is incredibly easy to use—I can quickly download my COE, check and download my payslips, file leaves and reimbursements, and access all my employment information in one place. I also appreciate how easily I can find system documentation whenever I need it.
