Horizons was quite easy to implement, with support being very timely in answering questions and ensuring that the experience was positive and smooth. After implementation, we did not feel forgotten about, as support was readily available whenever it was needed. Most recently, we had reached out regarding our current price point and they worked with us to find a solution that met the needs of both sides. This was timely and friendly, with a big shoutout to the Customer Success Manager helping during that time.

Within the platform, there are a few areas where I feel like automation would be beneficial to pursue. Any amendments or contract changes must go through support, which could delay changes if it isn't completely by a certain date, which is not always apparent to the user. I think humans should still be involved, but for simple amendments (like a pay change), it shouldn't be hard to make that automated with humans at the end just reviewing and approving or not. It was really very challenging for me to navigate my career in South Asian countries which Horizons has made very easy for me and finally I got my dream job in Kimberly Clark as a Cluster Manager for South Asian countries. My onboarding experience was smooth and hassle-free. The Horizons app is incredibly easy to use—I can quickly download my COE, check and download my payslips, file leaves and reimbursements, and access all my employment information in one place. I also appreciate how easily I can find system documentation whenever I need it.
