Its simple to implement across the business and easy to use, as a user and someone managing a team. You can easily book holidays or appointments which automatically get sent to your approver. From the my profile page you can see the summary of your leave, any sick days etc... its a great smooth running platform that works well for the business and me as an individual and i use it daily within my working day. We wish the colour theme for the events on the calendar could be changed or worked around our own branding and that the homepage had more information on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UX is well considered, loads of helpful tips and templates, good headway in the DEI space too with scorecards, annoymous reviewing, & sensitive data. What I also LOVE is that the homerun build team are always there to support, and not only listen to your feedback, but action it! Feels like part of a community. Still some issues with confidentiality around salaries as there isn't a way to ask about expectations or make offers that isn't public to the whole hiring team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a good place to see my organisations information and to see who my colleagues are, everything makes sense and is easy to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can't see to delete tasks within a goal which is an issue if you added one by mistake.
When adding a task to a goal it lets you submit the form but then fails to add the task unless you fill in all the fields - it doesnt tell you that it has failed or why, I had to work it out for myself. Needs valiation on the submit button to make sure users fill in all the required fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is an easy to use HR system that I have implemented at several companies I have managed HR at. You can get good reports from the system very easily. Customer support has always been prompt and helpful when I have had specific questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe could be slightly cheaper but paying for a year up front reduces the cost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Used Staff Squared to the bare minimum for 4 years but the move to Homerun It is more appealing, easier layout and more streamlined. Will consider using more features. Customer support is really helpful as they always answer very quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Right now there is nothing I dislike but I have utilised all the features yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most is how easy and understandable the interface of the software is, it is really intuitive. After 2-3 days that you're using the platform you know almost everything already/ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn't use so much Homerun yet, so I didn't find anything that I don't like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very Clear and easy to use.
It has been easy to roll out across the business and so far everyone seems to be happy using it.
We have used Staff Squared over the past 5 years and its been an easy transition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far so good.
Nothing to dislike at present. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ability to see and male all my work related request and activities all in one place. Seeing the days of the week that I am usually late is especially useful as I did not realize before that there was a pattern. Also seeing when coleagues are expected to be out on vacation or working remotely etc on the calendar is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any issues with using homerun. The items that are on the My profile page, I had expected those to be on the Home page when I just started using the app. After figuring out that everything was on My profile, everything was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is quite intuitive and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate and follow the hiring process. The platform has a very collaborative feature of streamlining the communication among team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment workflow. As well as Homerun's customizable templates/cards save time and enhance the user experience. To sum up, I would say that the combination of functionality and ease of use stands out as a major advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting and analytics features can sometimes feel limited compared to more robust HR software.
The lack of customization options for creating reports makes it challenging to extract specific data.
As well as better integration with third-party tools could provide a more seamless experience across different platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy how Homerun turns the recruiting process into collaborative process. Specially inside a company where you want inputs from different people and different perspectives, the features on Homerun facilitate this collaboration. I really enjoy the rating system (and being able to see your colleagues ratings) and how integrated with email templates it is, so it's all centralized in one place. I would like to be able to put criteria to evaluate certain candidates, and then rates base on this specific criteria. But overall it's a really nice product, no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
