Holded Pros and Cons

Holded performs very well. It has some glithes like it stucks sometimes while using it otherwise it's doing great. There is always a room for improvement so does in this too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very intuitive and shows all the information in a very comprehensive way. Expenses and income are quite definite, and it even helps to integrate the banks, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Making a selection based on dates is super difficult. I also miss that you can have an easier way to integrate payslips than creating them from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is my 1st review of any software. It's that good. It's beautiful to look, easy to use and has almost everything I would want in a business management software suite. I've used every specialized software that caters to my industry and this is better than them all and significantly less expensive! I actually enjoy using the software (this is something I have never said about any business related software). Holded's support team has been excellent as well. The few times I have needed them, they have responded quickly, with information that either solved my concern or helped me understand the software better. There really are no dislikes. The closet thing to a dislike that I have is there are a few options I would like to see such as an offline mode for being able to continue entering data in the event the internet is down. Direct integration with U.S.A. banks would be great. The other nice to have is a proposal creation wizard with the ability to combine documents into a complete proposal. It would be really nice if chat was a menu bar option that could be assigned to a client, supplier, lead, project or internal. There are a few industry specific things that would be nice to have as well but they can probably be taken care of by Holded's excellent API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How intuitive it is

From our experience i will say you can eliminate many of the apps where we had all our info separated and actually add them all under Holded.

-Translations, it has few details which our foreign customers (engligsh speakers mostly) still have to read in spanish, even tho everything has been set not to, specially when sending invoices, the email they receive still have some parts in spanish.

-Automatic Receipts: We are also missing an automated receipts system that can send as soon as we receive the funds, or manually mark when a sale has been done, to send a receipt to our customers

-Being picky: When setting up your customers, writing their email, by default first letter will be in capital letters. I can't stand that ;P Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Holded has a very complete set of features unlike other huge competitors who offer 1/3 at 5 times the price. The platform is not only well designed, covers a lot of use cases, is robust and enable bulk operations but also has a lot of automation features and an excellent reporting suite. Easy to operate, small learning curve, clean UI and above all scalable. What is really unique about the platform which we personally endorse is the Catalog feature, it opens a new revenue channel for our business. We have trialed and trialed and trialed other similar platforms but we were unsatisfied by the inflexibility and rigidness of their usage. I truly recommend everyone to really give it a spin. There were a few minor bugs here and there but as i said minor, not only that but the team in Holded has an outstanding support performance, they got in touch in less than an hour and updated us precisely on the course of progress for the fixes that were required. This platform allows you to visualize in a very easy and fast way all your business data of great importance that you need to have always at hand data such as sales numbers, returns numbers and the volume that is handled in the company in the area that the platform is worked, you have many tools to use that facilitate any calculation or task that you need to fulfill in addition to that has a very comfortable interface platform that easily you can learn where to find what you are looking for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the biggest complaints I have about this software or let's say it's a negative point is that the technical support part is not at all how you imagine it or how you expect it to be some time ago I was in contact with the technical support to be able to solve a problem about the access to my platform and it really took many days to be able to solve my problems at the end and I was able to solve my problem but after a few long days of anguish Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about this software is that it allows me to manage accounting, billing, inventory, CRM, projects and many other essential aspects for our company. Its billing system is quite efficient and intuitive and it allows us to manage both purchases and sales simply and quickly. Another great advantage of this tool is that it allows you to manage projects more efficiently, since all tasks are centralized and it is possible to track the evolution of each project. Without a doubt, one of the best features of Holded is that the accounting is updated automatically, allowing you to consult and view the financial statements in real time. My experience has been quite satisfactory, however, the software has presented some bugs that the support team has not been able to solve. As this software is just beginning to be noticed in the market therefore it does not yet have all the updates complete I think so far works very well with this but for a professional it is always good that the platform is innovating with new tools and features to not lose interest in it and so far this software has not implemented any update that is so relevant to all its users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
