The screen recorder part was ok, but the side webcam was completely out of sync so it could not be used for some tutorials where you wanted to also put a human face into the presentation to make it more welcoming. After some talking with their support I managed to get a full refund because the software didn't meet my needs. Sometimes it just does not work out but as long as there is communication I am satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
