I appreciate how the assessments are created based on my submitted job description. Detailed assessments help identify the candidate who will best match the role. Website feels like as an administrator I don't have many options but to send out the tests, and review scores. It would be great to be able to see candidates compared right on the screen to one another- instead of having to open up each result seperately. Also would like to have options to send out for more indepth reports right from the platform. Once set, the tool is easy to use, customize and execute to our particular requirements.
I can track candidates in an organized manner by referring to specific job descriptions I create.
Hiring Indicators' years of experience have led to well-researched and specific questions which seem understandable.
The reports are concise and easily accessed.
The reports can also assist us in understanding a candidate's current potential as it applies to our needs and future opportunities where we can further develop their skills.
This data would also apply to mentoring/coaching candidates as they progress with us.
