**What do you like best about Reveal?**

I appreciate how the assessments are created based on my submitted job description. Detailed assessments help identify the candidate who will best match the role.  The customer service is fantastic at Hiring Indicators, and I always receive a response to a question within 24 hours.

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

Uploading a job description for every assessment I want to create takes time. However, the outcome of the detailed assessments outweighs the time I must put into this process.

More accurate results from candidates who are applying to a specific role. The results are helping hiring managers determine the best fit.

**What do you like best about Reveal?**

Easy of set up and use. Quick for our candidates to receive the email.  Testing varies based on level of the position, and results are nearly immediate. Such an easy way to compare and contrast candidated.

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

Website feels like as an administrator I don't have many options but to send out the tests, and review scores.  It would be great to be able to see candidates compared right on the screen to one another- instead of having to open up each result seperately.  Also would like to have options to send out for more indepth reports right from the platform.   Even be able to have a multi-user platform so we can all see what is happening with candidates at the same time.

**What problems is Reveal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us filter through multiple candidates in the early stages of hiring without bias.  Help shorten our time to hire.

The report is easy to read and understand. Gives a profile of the candidate's job skills, specifically related to the job posting.

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

The interface is simple, more reporting and sorting options would be nice. You do have to set up your job assessment each time. I wish this could be automated.

It is a tool used to help us make hiring a decision, it is not the end all, be all.

**What do you like best about Reveal?**

Reveal seems to paint a pretty accurate picture of strengths and weaknesses.  The best part is probably the summary that clarifies areas of strengths and weaknesses.

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

Assessments can sometimes appear to be inaccurate in a negative way - a lower score than perhaps would be reflective of the person's skill set.  From conversations, it seems that is typically related to the time required to complete the entire assessment, which is more than most employees expect to spend on it.

**What problems is Reveal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't use Reveal for decision-making.  Just as an informative tool.  It gives us a picture but doesn't necessarily solve a specific problem for us.

There are a few things- The simplicity of loading a new position and the candidate data collection, the speed, specificity, and insight of the Reveal Assessments, and the format and value of the information we receive.

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

There is nothing I dislike about the  Reveal Assessment tool. We have used it successfully to hire five new positions this year and will continue to use it in the future.

**What problems is Reveal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Reveal tool accurately scores each candidate we screen and, in extreme cases, may cause us to stop the hiring process. However, we find the most value to be identifying key areas to focus on for training and attention during the first 100 days of the new position.

No significant dislikes.  It was very easy to use and very useful.

**Recommendations to others considering Reveal:**

If I know of anyone hiring, I'd recommend Hiring Indicators. I'd tell them to take the competency approach as we did, and not to hire without going through this process. As the leader of a small team making a key hire, it was very helpful and informative.

**What problems is Reveal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to make a key hire and wanted as much information and data as possible to inform our hiring decision. Hiring Indicators took our job description and showed us where the Reveal report would measure the necessary competencies identified in our description. I loved that! The Reveal reports were then used as part of the selection criteria to determine the final candidates we wanted to move forward with. This was a valuable addition to our process and provided more data on which we could base our decision.

I loved that it was very comprehensive and so user friendly.  It is extremely well written and consistent in the questioning.  Much easier to utilize than other assessments of the same nature.

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

Lot of questions, but I understand that is necessary to have a valid and comprehensive assessment.  Additionally, I wish there was an additional tool for management positions vs. an hourly position, measuring more leadership characteristics.

Quick, easy and very affordable assessment tool!

Identification of long-term employees.
Benefits:  Much better to invest the time up front rather than "churn and burn" through employees.
I anticipate business performance will be greatly enhanced by utilizing this tool consistently.

I RECENTLY SPENT SOME TIME EXPLORING THE REVEAL ASSESSMENT TOOL WITH THE END GOAL BEING, WOULD I USE THIS IN OUR BUSINESS!

The following are detailed points that I can provide:

Linda Scorzo was there, step by step, to assist me with setting up and navigating the Reveal assessment tool. Communication is key.

Once set, the tool is easy to use, customize and execute to our particular requirements.

I can track candidates in an organized manner by referring to specific job descriptions I create.

Hiring Indicators' years of experience have led to well-researched and specific questions which seem understandable.

The reports are concise and easily accessed.

The reports can also assist us in understanding a candidate's current potential as it applies to our needs and future opportunities where we can further develop their skills.

This data would also apply to mentoring/coaching candidates as they progress with us.

Using Reveal would better prepare us for a more substantial interview process with better-qualified candidates'.

So far, nothing! With usage, we will be better able to provide better feedback here.

The tool is simple to use, mobile friendly and allows candidates to submit responses from any device. The report that's generated is clear and very helpful in understanding a candidate's fit. The data also allows me to see where the individual is a job fit and where development opportunities may arise for future growth. We can use this in our hiring process as well as ongoing coaching and mentoring.

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

It wasn't obvious at the start that I could customize the assessment profile by adding a job description. Once this was apparent, I was able to send in my specific job description and customize the competencies from there. This in turn provided more relevant detail for the team.

**Recommendations to others considering Reveal:**

If you have challenging positions to fill or retain, I'd certainly consider adding in more data points and process into your hiring steps. This is an easy to use and implement tool that can be effective in a department or throughout the organization.

Benchmarking of current employees, meaning what strengths do our best employees have that can be benchmarked for future hires. Additional data points in the hiring process used to determine if that candidate can do the job.

I appreciate the ability to control the screening process and results from the user dashboard.  The strengths and opportunities for growth on the assessment reports are beneficial

I had no issues using the sfotware.  There is nothing I am unhappy about with the assessments.  I regret that people often do not see the assessment report as a constructive tool for development.

More assurance the personality fits the role during the hiring process.   The opportunity for growth section is an excellent coaching tool.  More peace of mind that you are bringing on high performers.

Relative to other assessment tools that we've used, we prefer Reveal due to its simplicity and the ability to interpret results on our own.

I like the layout of the test results. They are very easy to read because they give a specific "score" for each category.

There is nothing we dislike so far.  If we need something done differently, the team is very helpful and accomodating.

Have not experienced any dislikes.  The one time we had any kind of issue, it was resolved right away with just an email and they followed up to ensure we were satisfied!

Thought personality and skill set for the position and team.  Previose to REVEAL we occasionally had square pegs in round holes.

I loved the Reveal assessment tool. It was simple to set up, easy to invite our candidates to, and the report I received couldn't have been easier to review. The Instant feedback helps us to speed up the hiring process.

The only adjustment that we had to make was how each score was weighted.

In the past, we have waited up to 10 days for results. The most significant benefit is the ability of our HR team to increase the size of or hiring pool by giving more candidates an opportunity to participate.

I've taken many of these assessments and often the questions are confusing and unclear. I enjoyed that it was a seamless and enjoyable experience with questions that made sense for all experience levels.

Reveal app was easy and intuitive to use.  As a hiring manager, you can easily create positions for hire, track candidate for fit by reviewing their assessments.

The app meets most of the needs for candidate tracking for hr managers.  There are a few experience changes that can be improved on the candidate experience with emails. But minor.

What I like best about Reveal is the ability to simply pick a job/role type and take the guess work out of measuring the right things.  I know I am measuring the right things and the reports are very easy to read through and understand.  Makes interview prep a snap.   Very easy to roll out with a team, maybe 10 minutes of instruction needed total.

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

I think if you want supper cutting edge UI there is a little to be desired, but the functionality is all there and its simple and it works.  So if you had to say something here it would probably be that
