I appreciate how the assessments are created based on my submitted job description. Detailed assessments help identify the candidate who will best match the role. The customer service is fantastic at Hiring Indicators, and I always receive a response to a question within 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Website feels like as an administrator I don't have many options but to send out the tests, and review scores. It would be great to be able to see candidates compared right on the screen to one another- instead of having to open up each result seperately. Also would like to have options to send out for more indepth reports right from the platform. Assessments can sometimes appear to be inaccurate in a negative way - a lower score than perhaps would be reflective of the person's skill set. From conversations, it seems that is typically related to the time required to complete the entire assessment, which is more than most employees expect to spend on it. Lot of questions, but I understand that is necessary to have a valid and comprehensive assessment. Additionally, I wish there was an additional tool for management positions vs. an hourly position, measuring more leadership characteristics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
