It is not really benefitting me in any way. It says what kind of letter I have to send to university for them to get the documents and so on, but honestly since I have to do all the work myself and no contracts I have are good enough, an interactive guide how to get work certificates as well as university certificates would be less total effort for me and far more efficient.

HireRight manages our drug and alcohol program, specifically our regulated FMCSA-required program for all of our CDL holders. They offer pre-employment, random, follow up, post-accident, etc. testing, as well as DOT physical exams. HireRight dont solve problem, they create problem. Very cheap company. they have hired uneducated people from third world country India to run U.S citizens Background checks. What a SHAME.

Thy cannot even speak proper English. Guy P. AbramoChief Executive Officer you should treat U.S citizens better than this. I would not recommand any company go through HireRight.

They worst and chea people you would ever find in the world to talk to about your background checks. I have been waiting 29 days for my education background check and nobody is responding my phone calls nor my emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I' am going through a background check for a new employer and this has been a nightmare of an experience. Most of my employment has been government, and active duty military. I do not know why the so called researchers are incompetent and unable to do there jobs. In my pre-screening I deliberately notated my deployment experience as *(deployed)* military service. Provided dd214's as requested and even provided orders. Now I'm being ask to provide ID for one of the locations I was deployed to validate my employment. I talked to two different representatives stating to both that I' am a U.S. citizen and was only deployed to said location on Active Duty military deployment status and that I provided the necessary documentation (dd214) that states the time frame that I was deployed for. I' am really close to letting the new employer know that I' am no longer interested in the role if I keep getting harassed for information that I have provided to this company for verification. Why am I sending W2's and SF50's and SF52's when they are not understanding the information provided in plain text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
