It's easy to use and makes the recruitment process easier. We can have multiple users logging in to review candidates and comment on them. No more emails flying everywhere. I like how easy it is to get started - within a few clicks, you can have your job posted, see applicants coming in, move them through the pipeline and communicate via email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the configurations are limited - for example, with delaying emails, there are only a couple of hardcoded options (you can't pick the exact date/time you want). The actual configuration screens, while easy, are limited in what you can do - can't reorder certain configurations easily - have to delete, recreate in the order you want them to appear. Need to click around and refresh views a lot to get to the view you want - can't necessarily navigate around intuitively. For example, if I go to Messages and click on Inbox and click on a message, I would like to then be able to click on the candidate's name from the message directly to get taken into the candidate's profile.
