What do you like best about Hirebridge?
It is one of most helpfull tools to screen candidates as it has an strong ATS which helps tracking different aspects of job applicants from starting to the onboarding. Hirebridge is easy to navigate and reliable from a recruitment process standpoint. It's easy to customize and their support team is available and ready to help with anything that you can't figure out on your own. Multiple dashboard views make it easy to understand data, but the filtering is a bit limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Hirebridge?
Depending on how you query the data, you may get a different result. Different reports use different start/end dates (ex: some display data based on application date, some based on date of pipeline movement). While I trust the accuracy of the data, it's never fun to guess which version of a metric suits your needs best. Also, the interface isn't as modern as some of the more mainstream ATS's.
