We are a start-up of 20 employees and used HireBook to improve communications with the marketing and revenue teams. HireBook is easy to use and well-suited for small teams. Their customer service is excellent. We used the tool to organize agenda for team meetings as well as get individual weekly updates from each member of the team. There are some small bugs with the tool (e.g. some meetings don't sync well with google calendar). Scott has been amazing at fixing these things for us super quickly, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Even though I purchased hirebook for their OKR alignment capabilities, I was pleasantly surprised to discover the other features they offer (e.g. creating meetings with teammates and being able to follow-up on several agenda items across time, setting up daily KPIs to more operational employees, check-in so your direct reports can tell you regularly how are they feeling and what worries them).

The OKR capabilities are excellent, intuitive and visual. You can align the OKRs for the whole organization and have a sense on how the different teams are advancing towards their goals.

If you have a large organization, I would encourage you to give it a try and let the different teams to use it in the way that best fits them.

Hirebook is a user-friendly platform that is centered on the client. It has helped me and the company I work for to better our teams (through the check-ins, the meetings functionalities, such as the agenda and tasks) and a clearer view of the company's OKRs. It also helps us track the KPIs and OKRs to identify red flags on time for us to take action with the different teams.

Personally, I like the check-in feature because it has helped me communicate with my supervisor and with my team. This feature helps me zoom out my week and also understand which are my team members' concerns and how I can help them.

The meetings functionality helps me have a clear agenda for the recurrent meetings and track which tasks are completed, which are still pending and comment on important things in order to remember for next meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, I haven't disliked Hirebook, and I feel that they usually help each client to get the most out of it by creating additional features if necessary. Since it is very user-friendly I feel that the set-up has been a seamless process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The focused functionality. In general, platforms in this space can be overly bloated with complex, disconnected parts that end up taking more time away from organizations than genuinely providing value. There can be some long page hanging times, but we have our environment fairly loaded up. Outside of that, there were a couple authentication issues when we signed up - but their team helped us sort them out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it is a quick and easy way to give feedback to management about things that have happened throughout the week. Any concern that cannot be spoken can be addressed anonymously, and that makes me feel like management is listening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hirebook's platform provides closer contact with the members of each team and thus improves the performance of the members, The innovation and the way to get an application that really helps the way Hirebook does is incredible and I would definitely recommend it.
