Building campaigns and adding team members is a little weird (controls/settings can be tough to find). Sending emails from the application can have hiccups (wrong links being sent), and I've seen some 500 errors (internal server errors) when candidates submit their responses. The set-up of our custom test was cumbersome and required multiple calls with the engineers. I dislike having to provide all potentially correct answers in all possible forms for each question (e.g., 1.20 = 1.2 = $1.20 = $1.2).
