What do you like best about Hire Success?

It's focused on the "do one thing well" approach, it's a great solution for testing job applicants.

It has just enough features to get that job done (pretty easily) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hire Success?

Building campaigns and adding team members is a little weird (controls/settings can be tough to find). Sending emails from the application can have hiccups (wrong links being sent), and I've seen some 500 errors (internal server errors) when candidates submit their responses. Their testing tool is high-quality and it helps identify the traits of candidates to make the hiring process much easier and faster. Hire Success has excellent customer service and are always willing to help no matter how large or small the issue is. Hire Success is very affordable, especially for a startup company. I was able to create a custom aptitude test and digitize an otherwise paper-based process for our company's recruiting efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hire Success?

The set-up of our custom test was cumbersome and required multiple calls with the engineers. I dislike having to provide all potentially correct answers in all possible forms for each question (e.g., 1.20 = 1.2 = $1.20 = $1.2). Inevitably, you miss one and then there is no way to change an "incorrect" answer to being correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
