"The worst customer support in history"
What do you like best about HighLevel?

some of the features are good and the automations capabilities are nice. I also like that it has so many features and options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

the customer support is a complete waste of time, the literally might as well not even have a customer support team. the level 1 support NEVER has the correct answer and 99% of the time we end up having to create a ticket to have level 2 support assist. even then its a 50/50 shot at getting the help we need. Sorry to see this one. We work hard to make our support better every day and we unfortunately need to have a tiered system in order to support hundreds of thousands of users, but we're sorry we let you down. We also have 24/7 live Zoom support that you can jump on should you decide to give us another try.

It'd be super helpful if you could provide a ticket number(s), an email address, a name, or anything I can research to see what happened and personally speak to our Head of Support.

I'll also pass your feedback on to the team regarding more customization options on the account side. We actually already have a few items there already in the works. Hopefully we'll have another shot to deliver for you in the future!

CUSTOMER SERVICE/ CHAT ALMOST EVERYTIME LEAVE SITTING IN ZOOM FOR HOURS TO WHERE I HAVE TO CALL IN SUPER NERVE WRACKING NOT TO MENTION TIME CONSUMING. THE ONLY DOWNFALL IN MY OPINION. BUT SOFTWARE IS BEAUTIFUL Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
