We use the technographic and firmographic data from HG insights - these values feed into our CRM and provide us with our Account ICP. The best part about HG in my opinion is the CSMs/support team, they are always available with their expertise if we have any issues. In terms of usability, the platform is quite easy to use overall. Sometimes when there are mentions of multiple products or vendors, you need to compare relative intensities to determine which one is "real".
