We've found the variety of fields provided in the HGI spend & install data to be particularly helpful in building out our account-level TAM, given that our target customer can have some parameters. The HGI team was also excellent at answering all of our questions via both email & Zoom, and we found them to be great & supportive partners overall in our process of assessing, validating, & procuring the HGI data. Absence of a feature allowing users to incorporate custom fields when uploading account files. This limitation impedes the process of establishing an easily navigable and accurate ID system, which , at least for me, is crucial for effective data management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
