HG has everything in it. Dozens of spend categories and reliable account data. I found the team to be very responsive to us which I appreciated. I found the hierarchies difficult to use because you could not export the data. We did not have a daily integration with our CRM, because it was too expensive. HG Insights has become such an integral part of my work that I cannot imagine doing any sort of strategic analysis or market research without it. While the data is stellar, the platform isn't fully mature, and we have bumped up against some capability limitations there.
