I like that I can easily go to a prospects website when I am researching them and HG Focus has the data right there of which technologies they use that I can engage with the prospect about. I also like the fact that I can mark a heart next to the technology that pertains to me so whenever I am in my crm it automatically lets me know without me having to go back to their website about the technology they are using. What I like about HG Insights is that the platform is well structured for use especially for large businesses. It's simple to comprehend especially when finding company data making decision making a bit easier. Ease of integration, implementation, and customer support are smooth without any hassle. It is a great tool and a great sugestion from the G2. It helped me with data and insights that improved my paid advertising campaign.It helped me structure better ads, sales funnels and sales script for my team. The platform is user-friendly with almost 15 minutes of learning curve to navigate and understanding of the tool. It is quite intuitive and has on the go quick onboarding training videos. I was literally expert in utilizing the tool within an hour. The implementation was relatively straightforward, and my colleagues were happy with speed of deployment. The sales onboarding personnel was very responsive and supportive. I accessed the platform three to four times a day to ensure the insights remain current and relevant for my ongoing pursuit. Although HG Insights frequently updates its data, I felt that the insights on niche technologies or markets lag behind. If you are planning for a real niche targetted marketing campaign, I'd give 7 out of 10 for the tool.

The company level data, including install base information is super helpful, and I like that it shows a level of frequency and timeframe related to the data collected. It's pretty easy to use, and super easy to get started. I've not yet had to use customer support so I cannot speak to that. There really isn't any integration for us since we use D365 as our CRM. We are looking for the most comprehensive source for information about the technology already in place at our prospects to plan a more personalized 'first touch' with our strategic accounts. Granularity is the most valuable element of HG Insights for me. I like how specific I can make the filters in the opportunity generator and I like how deep I can drill into specific accounts in the company profiles. All of it is very easy to navigate as well. The technographic data is unrivaled. This tool provides amazing detail on contracts and spend with every technology vendor you can imagine, and really helps us with TAM analysis, GTM strategies and helps our account teams understand where key displacement opportunities are. The standard company firmographics are also fantastic, revenue, employees, locations, etc. Its become our absolute source of truth for this information and territoty planning. There are some limitations when it comes to Public Sector and hierarchies. The SFDC integration is somewhat limiting in the ability to use the in-app widget/tab to display HGI data directly in SFDC, and the tool is very cost prohibitive to give all end users access to it.
