What do you like best about HeyOrca?

Our team loves using HeyOrca - it's been a great addition to our toolbelt. The scheduling/calendar has elevated our posting consistency and ability to monitor multiple channel trends simultaneously through the reporting tab. The draft; awaiting approval; approved options on the scheduling tool are excellent, and enable our team to interact at a higher level of editorial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

It's disappointing that we can't post directly to YouTube and instead rely on placeholders for our calendar while still publishing content through the YouTube platform. It would be valuable to post to ALL media within the same program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?

It seems like our LinkedIn and Facebook channels get dropped frequently, and I often have to re-enable/approve posting connections with social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HeyOrca?

The greatest thing about using heyorca is their amazing customer service. I always have my issues resolved and feel better after talking with a friendly staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

I wish a user-friendly app was available. I would love to be able to approve things my team does via my cell phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had a lot of trouble connecting all of the accounts together at first. They walked me through multiple times for different accounts and I'm so grateful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HeyOrca?

If I have a question, I get an answer within 2 minutes. A team follows up with any outstanding questions or inquiries so nothing goes unresolved. Truly fantastic customer support on top of a fabulous service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

The only thing I'm not head over heels about with HeyOrca is the notification system. I get duplicate notifications sometimes or I need to expand all my unread notifications to be able to see them all. A notifications filter would be excellent. What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?

Social media content planning, scheduling, publishing, analytics and reporting are the big problems being solved by HeyOrca. It opens up way more time for me to tackle other projects when HeyOrca sets up a clear and user-friendly way to manage these tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HeyOrca?

What do you like best about HeyOrca?

HeyOrca makes it very easy to create content, schedule it, and share with clients. It also allows clients to add comments to make revisions easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HeyOrca?

I like the easy-to-navigate user platform and the customer service team. There have been a couple of instances when I asked a question and the team got back to me immediately. What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

I don't have anything negative to say or any dislikes. I think the service is great and constantly adapting to the needs of social media managers. The ability to pre-schedule content in such an easy way is the reason I chose HeyOrca after looking into many other programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HeyOrca solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about HeyOrca?

I like how simple it is to post and copy posts for all types of platforms. The previews are accurate. It allows planning ahead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

Expensive, unable to use interactive stickers for stories, unable to direct post stories (must do in mobile), app is not user friendly. Needs more ability to respond to all comments in the interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently, Instagrams API doesn't allow us to apply stickers or post directly to stories but we are keeping a close eye on it, and when they do, we will keep you posted! Social inbox is coming soon! And you will be able to manage all your comments in one place.

What do you like best about HeyOrca?

I liked that it consolidated our scheduling into one place. Another thing I like about HeyOrca over Sprout is that you can pick the same media files if you're using them for different platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

I did not like the content approval/review format. It felt a little stiff and clunky to put comments in the side panel, vs. being able to edit the caption or content itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HeyOrca?

I like that you can easily see all of your scheduled posts and what platform they're on. That way I can easily tell if I'm missing anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
