
I would say it's simplicity. We needed a solution that could help us schedule social posts with a range of accompanying media. That's exactly what HeyOrca facilitates. The interface is simple and intuitive. There aren't many extra features, but we don't need them anyway. Nothing especially. One issue I do run up against is that the platform always recommends that I post during a small selection of times. I'm not sure those are actually THE best times; only the times that have worked best for me in the past, based on a small sample size. So it would great if the platform encouraged me to post at other times and record the results, just so I could double check that the four and five star post times really are the best I can do. I am an audio-visual learner, so I love that I can visualize and plan our posts with many helpful features. HeyOrca and Canva are my go-to's. HeyOrca is VERY user-friendly, and I love that they have webinars, a youtube page, and a live chat. No need to dive into google or old articles; they've got you covered! As addressed in their live webinar today, they are ALWAYS using customer feedback to enhance the product for EVERYONE! I have seen the product grow over time. I recommend it to anyone trying to manage their social media page/s.

There are some limitations with posting certain things, but as mentioned previously, they are constantly making improvements. One thing specifically is tagging users. I wish HeyOrca iOS app was more robust and offered the same capabilities as their web platform. HeyOrca lacks some of the insights/dashboard features of other services, such as sentiment review, notifications of mentions/comments, etc.

I have been using HeyOrca for over three years now, and I do not see myself switching platforms soon! They have the best customer service! Whenever there is an issue with the site, they are quick to address the problem and fix it. The platform format is user-friendly, so all clients and coworkers can easily create/review posts. When I started using HeyOrca, I thought they were slow to update to new features that made life as a social media manager easier. However, I would disagree with that now. Everything I dislike is API issues - I'm really happy I can schedule videos now and they were amazing allowing the choice for notifications or auto-scheduling. The hashtag feature could use some work since I dont love entering my saved hashtags manually - if you use a tool like flick its barely noticeable. Overall an amazing product! I find that this platform works better than 3 of the others that I have tried. Allowing you to copy posts to different platforms, and very efficient when hiring social media management as you can mark the posts with "approved, dened or review" + leave comments to let the manager know what you would like done.
