What do you like best about HelpWire?

While there are a few other options for free remote support Apps for individuals but all of them are paid apps for businesses. Helpwire is a wonderful remote support app with a secure Authentication method and top-tier encryption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HelpWire?

It has been a game changing support solution for me. It has a seamless support capability for Mac and Windows user which eases it for me and helps me have a hassle free Troubleshooting without any configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HelpWire?

What do you like best about HelpWire?

We support my customers remotely with HelpWire. It gives the opportunity to make collective presentations. Audio and video quality is a very successful application. Cpu and memory consumption is very low.
