The most helpful thing about HealthJoy is having the digital wallet. We have a large part of our population that travels extensively. Trying to keep up with the various insurance cards is cumbersum. With HealthJoy's digital wallet all the info they need is at their fingertips. We also love the telehealth which allows for video health visits and the aide of JOY for helping our employees get answers they need all under one easy to use app. 10/10 would recommend a company use HealthJoy for their employees. They have vindictive employees. I've been denied access to benefits I pay for. I asked for a session because I needed prescription refills. They ask for pictures of the prescriptions BEFORE you able to book an appointment. I had 2 prescriptions, but I threw away the bottle for one of them. I noted this in the comments. Because I didn't have a picture, they canceled my appointment without explanation. Then, when I got an explanation, I had to start the process over and just ask for the one prescription I could take a picture of. Then, they canceled my appointment without any explanation again. I had to contact them to find out I didn't take a picture of the correct information on the bottle. There was absolutely no explanation of what needed to be in the picture when I sent it, so, at this point, I was frustrated with their lack of communication and instruction. Also, - why keep cancelling without explanation? Why not just tell me and give me a chance to give you what you need? Their customer service rep was so rude and vitriolic. She is truly a miserable human who looks for opportunities to make things difficult for the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the customer service that I receive from HealthJoy - I have faith that I will always get an answer in a timely manner. Personally, HealthJoy has saved me over $4,000 reviewing the billing statements for my special needs son's medical diagnostics. They caught a coding error that I would have never caught and I am so grateful to have saved that extra money. HealthJoy does what very few platforms actually do - they empower people to make smarter decisions, in this case about a topic that is super confusing and overwhelming - healthcare. The platform integrates with employers' healthcare benefits, and through their app, employees can figure out pretty easily how to capitalize on the benefits being offered to them, while making smart financial decisions.
