At my institution, I find that Cerner sometimes crashes unexpectedly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is well integrated with the Cerner EMR ecosystem, for sure. All the data elements in the Millennium database (Cerner's transactional database) can be straightforwardly imported into HealtheIntent with easy scheduling configuration. You can also create your own data model on top of raw data elements in the Millennium. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HealtheIntent's data governance and metadata management have a lot of rooms for improvement. Data elements in HealtheIntent used to be redundant with same or similar names, without authorship or ownership information. It was hard to distinguish from one to the other to know which one is the one in production. HealtheIntent doesn't have a metadata information of environments "for test" or "for development", which makes hard to manage multiple versions of one data source.
