It is an out of the box solution that has included support for nearly all our needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HCL Commerce?

We are limited and forced to implement some things. It is also very expensive and requires IBM support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HCL Commerce?

The fact that IBM is promoting the smarter commerce and expanding the omni-channel concept so customers can get the same experience irrespective of the channel they use to shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
