1. The server loading times is terrible. It also seems clunky when trying to debug. Sometimes it works great and other times, it has big issues causing me to have to restart my server (which as previously mentioned, takes a long while).

9. I don't believe IBM as yet figured out the SaaS licencing model. The solution is strong technically, but the pricing doesn't work for most of my clients.

In my opinion, the initial setup process for newcomers can be somewhat challenging and time-consuming. I believe HCL should streamline the product setup to empower novice users to work confidently and efficiently. The least helpful feature of HCL Commerce is that timeouts between the servers which seems to be a major drawback, The downsides include troubtleshooting errors, issues related to Duplicate certificate labels, difficulty in ease of implementation, integration of various tools which sometimes takes more time and lack of up to date documentation.
